Does this tire fit your vehicle?

Tires are designed specifically for different vehicles and wheel sizes. Tell us about your vehicle or the specific size you want so we can help find the right tires for you.

The Ecsta Sport S is Kumho's Max Performance Summer tire, built for drivers looking for sharp handling, strong traction, and thrilling performance in both wet and dry conditions. Engineered for sports cars, sporty coupes, and powerful performance sedans, it's designed to provide both the grip and responsiveness needed for spirited driving. Like all summer tires, the Ecsta Sport S is not intended to be driven in near freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

The Ecsta Sport S features a specialized summer compound shaped into an asymmetric tread pattern, incorporating a solid center rib to enhance high-speed stability, braking, and traction. Its reinforced outboard shoulder delivers the rigidity and durability required for precise handling during spirited driving. Lateral grooves efficiently channel water away to maintain grip in wet corners, while four primary circumferential grooves help expel water from the contact patch to reduce the risk of hydroplaning.

Internally, the tire is built with a two-ply polyester casing, reinforced by twin wide steel belts and a polyamide cap ply, ensuring enhanced durability and responsive high-speed performance.

Falken Sincera SN250 A/S Reviews

Customers think the Falken Sincera SN250 A/S delivers excellent comfort with smooth ride quality (8-10 scores) and strong treadwear for a Grand Touring All-Season tire. Winter traction shows mostly positive ratings (7-9 range) with reliable snow performance, though some note reduced confidence on ice. Wet traction earns consistent praise for secure grip and hydroplaning resistance (8-10 scores), while dry handling receives standout marks for responsive steering and stable cornering (9-10 typical). ...They have felt confident on wet highways and county roads, with stable braking and good traction even during heavy rain, which is exactly what I want for typical winter conditions here.

My Thoughts After 1,000 Miles in Seattle / Everett Winter Driving

After about 1,000 miles of driving around the Seattle–Everett area in February and March, mostly in rain with a little light snow, my experience with the Falken Sincera SN250 A/S tires has been very positive. They have felt confident on wet highways and county roads, with stable braking and good traction even during heavy rain, which is exactly what I want for typical winter conditions here. The ride has been smooth and quiet on both city streets and freeway driving, and the handling feels predictable and comfortable for daily commuting. From my own experience so far, they seem well suited to the frequent rain we get in the Pacific Northwest. Although they are not designed for serious snow or ice, they handled the light snow we encountered without any issues. Overall, after the first thousand miles, my impression is that they are a well-priced, comfortable, and dependable tire for everyday driving in the wet Seattle area climate.

...Wet Grip is amazing and much better than the last gen HTRs. Very confidence inspiring and able to keep up with faster traffic in the wet without hydroplaning...

Great tires. Difference in comfort and steering response over sumitomo HTR was significant and would much rather get these again over those. One giant caveat is that these tires have a single ply sidewall which is where the improvement in comfor comes in. So far no issues with buldging.

As far as grip goes, these have good dry grip in pretty much all situations and have not been wanting more for regular driving. Wet Grip is amazing and much better than the last gen HTRs. Very confidence inspiring and able to keep up with faster traffic in the wet without hydroplaning.

Would recommend if the price is still less than the competition and Wet Grip is a priority.

...Precise steering response on dry pavement...

Good choice for cars with 14 inch wheels and limited tire choices. Precise steering response on dry pavement. At the recommended inflation level for the car, it rides rough on rough roads, and of course smooth on smooth roads. Seems to have very little rolling resistance.

These are good. Better than expected to be honest. They're reasonably priced. They're easy to balance and don't shake. I mounted and balanced them myself which is why I use tire rack. They give a smooth comfortable ride. They're not sport tires but great for commuting. They seem reasonably efficient, still getting the normal 30 to 32 mpg with the car.
