Does this tire fit your vehicle?

Tires are designed specifically for different vehicles and wheel sizes. Tell us about your vehicle or the specific size you want so we can help find the right tires for you.

The Azenis FK510 is Falken's Ultra High Performance Summer tire developed for the drivers of sports cars, sporty coupes, performance sedans and modern muscle cars who want dry and wet traction and handling in a refined package.

Like all summer tires, the Azenis FK510 is not intended to be driven, stored nor serviced in near- or below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

The Azenis FK510 is designed to deliver driver confidence in warm conditions, so like all Ultra High Performance Summer tires, it is not intended to be serviced, stored nor driven in near- and below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

Falken Azenis FK510The Azenis FK510's 4D Nano Design tread compound is molded into an asymmetric, Adaptive Constant Pressure (ACP) pattern design. ACP improves distribution of pressure throughout the contact patch for enhanced directional stability and reduced stopping distances, and the wide, outboard shoulder blocks deliver the lateral grip required during performance driving. The tread compound was designed at the molecular level to optimize adhesion in wet conditions, and the Switchback Siping helps to maximize rubber-to-road contact during wet cornering. Four wide, circumferential grooves allow water to flow through the contact patch to resist hydroplaning.

Internal construction of the Azenis FK510 utilizes Falken's Tension Control Technology casing mold shape to provide a flexible middle sidewall area for reduced impact harshness and a rigid outside shoulder and bead area for handling capability. Its two wide, steel belts are reinforced by a hybrid Aramid and nylon undertread cap ply to provide added rigidity and high-speed stability.

Like all summer tires, the Azenis FK510 is not intended to be driven, stored nor serviced in near- or below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

Note: Ultra High Performance Summer tires exposed to temperatures of 20 degrees F (-7 degrees C) or lower must be permitted to gradually return to temperatures of at least 40 degrees F (5 degrees C) for at least 24 hours before they are flexed in any manner, such as by adjusting inflation pressures, mounting them on wheels or using them to support, roll or drive a vehicle.

Flexing of the specialized rubber compounds used in Ultra High Performance Summer tires during cold-weather use can result in irreversible compound cracking. Compound cracking is not a warrantable condition because it occurs as the result of improper use or storage, tires exhibiting compound cracking must be replaced.

...in a few weeks of driving i will say they are incredible in the rain, including near freezing heavy rain and standing water...

early days on this new set of tires. i do a lot of research, using this site, tyrereviews.com and of course user reviews. this tire objectively tests out extremely high in almost every measurable metric and subjectively for comfort and sound. clearly it's a road biased AT tire, but tyrereviews did thorough gravel and dirt testing and said it was excellent. in a few weeks of driving i will say they are incredible in the rain, including near freezing heavy rain and standing water. the old Toyo OC2's were downright dangerous near the end. i've aired them down and driven up steep, loose and snowy mountain roads and they didn't flinch and beat my expectations. i doubt they are a 'tough' tire, and are more positioned as an exceptional all rounder with great on road performance as the priority. too early to tell for me at this time, but they are highly impressive so far. if you prioritize 'that aggressive look', these are not your jam, but if you prefer a critically acclaimed tire with broad performance in all areas, without being a serious off road tire (the Firestone Destination XT is that tire) put these on your short list, especially if wet weather is a priority.

...On wet pavement the tire does well. I've only experienced heavy rain twice, and did not experience any hydroplaning or looseness even crossing water running across the highway...

Quiet. That was my first impression of this tire when driving off the lot. And smooth and soft. I've had Goodyear Wrangler OEM tires and two sets of Pirelli Scorpion AT. The Goodyear was forgettable, the Pirellis were spirited handlers, encouraging me to drive in a very sporty manner on twisty roads. The Firestone Destination AT2, on the other hand, encourages a more relaxed driving style because of its soft sidewalls. It's not that it cannot be hustled down those same rural, twisty, hilly county roads, but it feels a lot more imprecise and requires a lot more steering input to achieve and maintain the desired line. It's primary handling characteristic is understeer and you do feel a delay in response to steering inputs. The grip it can achieve in cornering seems good, but it doesn't encourage you to explore the limits. And those limits are presaged by a lot of howling from the tread as you approach them.

But that's clearly not this tire's mission. It turned my F150 into an even better, more comfortable highway cruiser. The decrease in tire noise compared to other AT tires I've used in immense. And impacts from expansion strips and broken concrete are softened and muted in sound. You just don't feel the harshness. The only off pavement I've done is gravel roads so far, where it actually performs very nicely. On wet pavement the tire does well. I've only experienced heavy rain twice, and did not experience any hydroplaning or looseness even crossing water running across the highway.

I haven't had them long enough to gauge trad life, but I think they will last longer than the 25-30,000 miles I got from the Pirellis and the 16,000 I got from the Goodyears--if for no other reason than I probably won't drive them as hard.

I bought these because I use my truck mostly in the winter in the mountains. These tires are a massive improvement on the snow and ice over the standard all season Michelin M/S. I have never gotten stuck in any depth of snow I had the courage to drive through (up to 1 foot). Incredibly confidence inspiring and comforting to drive in any condition that would keep most people off the road. On the dry at highway speed, they are slightly noisier than all season tires but not obtrusive. After 45k miles, wear has been even and traction still good although it might be a good time to replace them.

...We have only had half a dozen light to medium snows in the mountains so far this winter, but snow traction and ice traction has been excellent. No trouble going up unplowed 15-20 degree inclines in light snow and ice. Stopping distance on slippery roads is good...

Replaced Firestone Destination A/T tires on my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk after 50,000 miles with New Destination A/T2 tires. Old tires performed well and still had 5/32 tread when changed, but lost snow and ice traction with wear; so was excited to see how new design with three-peak snow rating would perform. New Destination A/T tires showed immediate improvement in road handling, wet road traction, and light snow traction, and noise compared to prior design. My true off road driving is miminal, probably only used low range twice in past 4 years, so I did not buy these tires for hard off-road wear. I drive mostly highway but also many back roads in West Virginia which can be poorly maintained with steep inclines, and more dangerous with snow steep declines. Needed decent highway tire that could handle wet, snow and ice, and occassional off road. This tire fits that bill nicely. We have only had half a dozen light to medium snows in the mountains so far this winter, but snow traction and ice traction has been excellent. No trouble going up unplowed 15-20 degree inclines in light snow and ice. Stopping distance on slippery roads is good. Road noise is less than prior off-road tires I have owned, not as quiet as highway only designed tires. Have had no chance to evaluate deep snow, and the reduced tire tread depth may be issue, especially with wear. But so far these tires have been great. Would recommend for anyone who wants an occassional off road tire with very good overall performance in both good and bad weather.

...Very impressive on ice, snow traction and control are very high too...

Currently 52,000 miles on a 50,000 mile warranty. Overall this has been a great tire. Rotated every 5000 miles religiously. Air pressure at max for the Jeep Cherokee (33 psi). Very impressive on ice (5 speed transmission helps too), snow traction and control are very high too. As mileage increased so did the traction noise, but not too bad. Rotations brought tire imbalance issues every time and as I did the rotations myself, I also did re-balance at home. Wheel roundness is a must and you will find wheels that are out of round, causing balance issues overtime.
I would buy another set and recommend these tires on this application but the tire has been discontinued. Too bad I say.

I bought these tires to replace the OEM style trail T/A's. I was looking for a tire that was better in mixed snow/ice conditions so I didn;t need to switch to snows so early in the fall and late in the spring.

The one disappointment is ice traction. I'd hoped they'd be a bit better than my previous tires, but they are not. In snow they were great. When it packed out they were a definitely slippery.

Overall I'd say these are what I was looking for.

...BUT on a side note, the positives were that the ride quality, noise, and comfort are excellent...

I purchased these tires after looking at mostly excellent reviews here on Tire Rack, as well as other reliable places and websites. Unfortunately, I am having to purchase a brand new set of tires MUCH SOONER than anticipated. After around 20-22K miles, the wear bar started showing on the tires, which is completely unacceptable for the normal tread wear life span of these tires. I am very disappointed in how long these tires lasted. BUT on a side note, the positives were that the ride quality, noise, and comfort are excellent. I just wish they would have lasted longer and at the very least, wish they had made it to 30-35K miles.

...I LOVED my duelers...but they tread wore down in 24k so they weren't cost effective to replace. I ended up with these after a lot of research and time... If the tread lasts as long as its advertised to, or at least nearly as long, I will absolutely be getting another set.

2020 jeep gladiator w/max tow with auto 8 speed transmission. 85,000 miles on the jeep.

I LOVED my duelers...but they tread wore down in 24k so they weren't cost effective to replace. I ended up with these after a lot of research and time. What lead me to them was the low rolling resistance for an AT tire, the low road noise, the nice look, and the tread wear warranty. They balanced fine and rode like a dream right away. They are quiet and handle great on the road. They handled heavy rain like its not there and light snow better than my old duelers.

Where they were really impressive is that they DIDNT alter my shift points. Other AT tires felt like I was driving through sand and they kept me in 6th and 7th all the time. These see 8th just as often as my stock tires did. They also have the same, if not slightly improved, MPG that my stock duelers got. In addition to not messing with my shift points these tires actually handle wind hitting me flat on the driver and passenger side better than my duelers. I can tell I don't wonder nearly as much with these.

I haven't pulled my 6,000lbs travel trailer yet, but I didn't pull my mothers 3,000lbs one and these tires did fine. No wondering at all with wind, and they didn't sag or bubble out under the weight. That's with a P rate tire and not adding any additional air for the trip.

Overall I am VERY impressed. If the tread lasts as long as its advertised to, or at least nearly as long, I will absolutely be getting another set.

...So far 11,000 miles and they barely show signs of wear...

Really decent tires, great look and profile, very light and nimble and very quiet and comfortable. The snow and ice were not the best but better then highway tires but not as good as specific off-road or snow tires. They were very doable for winter driving, but don't expect them to be an answer all. Dirt tracks, rocks, gravel, I never had an issue. Some deeper standing water or ruts can get you a bit off if you are at speed, but overall, a well-rounded tire. I live in Montana and so far, they have lived up to every task. Quiet and responsive on the roadways, and connected on the dirt/gravel tracks.

So far 11,000 miles and they barely show signs of wear. At the price point, comfort, wear these are a very good, valued tire. Don't pass them up.

Good all around light duty AT tire. It’s a jack off all trades and showing great treadware resistance as I’m going through 37,000 miles. Had Duratracs and Firestone MT2 in the past, which I loved. The AT2 is a great light duty alternative to those E load tires if you don’t need the extreme off road performance and durability those offer. You’ll get about 2mpg better in a Tacoma with these tires vs a E load rating tire. Good dry handling for what it is and good in the rain as well. Decent off road and even ok in a bit of mud.
