Only had them on for about a month or more. Little loud with the studs but that is to be expected. Awesome in light snow and ice. Haven't had to battle more than 4 inches yet but I'm excited to try. Very good in the rain as well. Have had lots of rain to test with. Excellent purchase so far and much cheaper than some of the other options. Would definitely buy again.

They are studded snow tires so low noise and dry road condition driving is not why you get these. They are fantastic in the wet, slush, and icy roads!
I must say the whole experience of buying snow tires with rims, TMPS, and Valves all pre assembled, mounted, and balanced from Tire Rack was an awesome way of dealing with getting snow tires!

My fundamental complaint about the tires Is the level of noise. I feel very secure on icy road conditions and fairly secure and snowy conditions

Traction in snow is excellent. Noise is average for a dedicated winter tire. Tracking is firm and straight. Reliable?....Yes. We have had three sets of these tires of different vehicles. No problems. These Firestone WinterForce tires are equal to my Bridgestone Blizzak tires on my other vehicle (2021 Chevrolet Equinox AWD. Great buy for a Winter tire.

I just put the Firestone Winteforce 2 tires on my 2017 Subaru crosstrek today Wednesday Nov 29th, 20217 They are very quiet on the road and don¿t make much noise. Even at 110 km per hour they were still pretty quiet. Good control on the dry pavement. The rubber is very sticky and lots of good siping. There hasn¿t been any snow here yet on the east coast of Canada but I¿m sure these tires will be great in the snow. I will post an update when the first snow comes.

Solid Winter Performance, Quirky on Dry Roads

I purchased the Firestone Winterforce 2 tires for my 2021 Mazda MX-5 as a dedicated winter setup, and they’ve handled snow, ice, and wet conditions impressively well. The grip in winter weather is confidence-inspiring, making cold-weather driving much safer and more predictable.

That said, on dry roads, they have a somewhat odd ride feel—not as smooth or connected as summer or all-season tires. They also don’t feel quite as sticky, which is expected for a true winter tire.

Overall, if you're looking for great winter traction at a solid price, these do the job well. Just keep in mind that they may not feel as refined on dry pavement.

Excellent snow tire until the snow starts coming over the hood! Fairly responsive in the dry, forgiving in the snow. I'm buying more for this winter.

I purchased the Firestone Winterforce 2 tires prior to a winter cross country trip to Colorado. I had previous experience with General AltiMAX Arctic winter tires (which I loved) on other vehicles, and I don't recall why I chose the Firestone Winterforce tires this time, but I was not disappointed. They ride well - good on center feel and not too loud for a winter tire. I was expecting the cornering to be somewhat disappointing given the "S" speed rating and corresponding lack of sidewall stiffness compared to T or H rated tires, but the Firestones held their own. There was plenty of snow in the mountains of Colorado, and I had no difficulties at all given the Winterforce tires and the AWD on the MINI Countryman.

Very pleasantly surprised by the strength and stability of this tire. Consider it a very high performer, with slightly better than expected response time and comfort. It handles as expected or slightly better. Must have for winter/mountain terrain.

I put the Fire stone winter force snow tires on all four corners with a front drive car this is the best set up I have put 750 miles on the tires and have experienced a small amount of snow and the tires performed well in all driving situations i have come across so far The only negatives are tire noise and they ride slightly mushy I found the cost of $912 for the complete tire and wheel package a good deal I plan on having this car for at least another 3 years so the tire and wheel package makes sense I highly recommend these tires for good all around value and drive ability I will review again at the end of winter

This is a highly under rated tire. If you live in snow country and are looking for a tire that WILL get you to town and back and are on a budget, this is your tire. I live in the U.P. of Michigan where it really snows. Might be powder, might be slush. This tire is among the best and priced way below most. Even Law Enforcement up here uses them. There are many excellent tires out there. I had some Ice Grips on our Audi Quattro that were unbelievable. Turn off traction control, put your foot to the floor, and Yee Haw!!! But I paid alot more for them. My driving is 95% rural 2 lane, much before the plows come out. There are some reviews of excessive tire wear, I'd have to ask them serious questions, something must have been wrong. Considering what these tires are designed for and the price, treadwear has exceeded my expectations. I thought they would be totally shot by 35000 miles but I was wrong. Technology has come a long ways- used to be a good winter tire was very soft and wore out quick. If this tire is 3 out of 3, the other 2 must be amazing.

Thanks for that superfast delivery! I purchased a set of Firestone Winterforce2 winter tires for the old '90BMW 525i. The Winterforce has worked well for that car for getting around in the snow of Colorado and previously Minnesota for many winters. Tirewear is good for the price and I will buy again. Best tire I have ever ran. Put them on before last winter and didn't take them off all summer long plus, a long drive vacation, NO wear
