Tires are designed specifically for different vehicles and wheel sizes. Tell us about your vehicle or the specific size you want so we can help find the right tires for you.

The Azenis FK510 is Falken's Ultra High Performance Summer tire developed for the drivers of sports cars, sporty coupes, performance sedans and modern muscle cars who want dry and wet traction and handling in a refined package.

Like all summer tires, the Azenis FK510 is not intended to be driven, stored nor serviced in near- or below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

The Azenis FK510 is designed to deliver driver confidence in warm conditions, so like all Ultra High Performance Summer tires, it is not intended to be serviced, stored nor driven in near- and below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

Falken Azenis FK510The Azenis FK510's 4D Nano Design tread compound is molded into an asymmetric, Adaptive Constant Pressure (ACP) pattern design. ACP improves distribution of pressure throughout the contact patch for enhanced directional stability and reduced stopping distances, and the wide, outboard shoulder blocks deliver the lateral grip required during performance driving. The tread compound was designed at the molecular level to optimize adhesion in wet conditions, and the Switchback Siping helps to maximize rubber-to-road contact during wet cornering. Four wide, circumferential grooves allow water to flow through the contact patch to resist hydroplaning.

Internal construction of the Azenis FK510 utilizes Falken's Tension Control Technology casing mold shape to provide a flexible middle sidewall area for reduced impact harshness and a rigid outside shoulder and bead area for handling capability. Its two wide, steel belts are reinforced by a hybrid Aramid and nylon undertread cap ply to provide added rigidity and high-speed stability.

Like all summer tires, the Azenis FK510 is not intended to be driven, stored nor serviced in near- or below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

Note: Ultra High Performance Summer tires exposed to temperatures of 20 degrees F (-7 degrees C) or lower must be permitted to gradually return to temperatures of at least 40 degrees F (5 degrees C) for at least 24 hours before they are flexed in any manner, such as by adjusting inflation pressures, mounting them on wheels or using them to support, roll or drive a vehicle.

Flexing of the specialized rubber compounds used in Ultra High Performance Summer tires during cold-weather use can result in irreversible compound cracking. Compound cracking is not a warrantable condition because it occurs as the result of improper use or storage, tires exhibiting compound cracking must be replaced.

Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 Reviews

Performance reviews suggest the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 excels in dry conditions, offering exceptional grip, predictable handling, and heat resilience for track days, autocross, and spirited driving. Wet traction is limited-manageable in light rain but prone to hydroplaning in standing water, consistent with its dry-focused design. Treadwear receives praise for a 200TW tire, showing durability through multiple track sessions and heat cycles, though aggressive street use or heavy vehicles accelerate wear. Enthusiasts appreciate its track-ready performance, accepting reduced wet capability and tread life as expected trade-offs for a tire prioritizing dry precision and consistency.

...Equal in terms of feel, braking, turn in to the Toyo's I'd been running for years. Biggest difference? This tire did not have the same fall off when they got hot...

My initial set was experienced when I bought a used set of track wheels and the Goodyears were in good shape so decided to try them. What a surprise! Equal in terms of feel, braking, turn in, braking to the Toyo’s I’d been running for years. Biggest difference? This tire did not have the same fall off when they got hot. So and win, win and so much so I bought a new set from Tire Rack.

...Dry grip remain consistent until the end of its life cycle.

Phenomenal track day tire with good on road manner. This tire gives you everything you expected from a track day tire, steering response is much better than Cup2, and last very long. Dry grip remain consistent until the end of its life cycle.

...They definitely delivered better grip than the RE71R for this car probably due to the load rating that was lower than the OE on the Bridgestone. They were more predictable at the limit as well with huge amount of lateral G (1.3G) and a smooth break when they lose it.

I use my Audi S5 as a daily as well as taking it out to the track 3-5 times a year.
I had Bridgestone RE71R and purchased the Goodyear Supercar 3 as a trial.
They definitely delivered better grip than the RE71R for this car probably due to the load rating that was lower than the OE on the Bridgestone.
They were more predictable at the limit as well with huge amount of lateral G (1.3G) and a smooth break when they lose it.
I was also very pleased to see how they held up the grip as they wore out with great lap times all the way to the cord.
The reaction to road imperfection is real however as noted in the Tire Rack test. This is annoying but does not unbalance the car.
I did not have a chance to test the wet grip on track, but I experienced little to no aquaplaning on the roads even after a couple of track weekends on the tires.
The Goodyear were also much quieter and comfortable on the road than the Bridgestone that sounded and felt a bit like steel wheels.
Overall, I had 3 weekends at the track with this set (24 X 20-30 minutes on track) and probably 1500 on road driven miles which I was not able to achieve with the RE71R.
would definitely recommend the Goodyear for track days.
only drawback I see compared to the RE71R is that they are asymmetric so they cannot be rotated on the wheels… but they lasted longer than the RE71R even after rotating them so all in all this is not such a bad thing…

Customers praise the Eagle F1 Supercar 3's treadwear, with scores 7-10 highlighting excellent durability through multiple track sessions and heat cycles. Many note longer-than-expected lifespan for a 200TW extreme performance tire, lasting 10+ track days or 7,000+ street miles when aligned properly. While some report quicker wear during aggressive street use, most consider it a fair trade-off for consistent dry grip and track-ready performance.

...Tires exhibit no scrubbing, abnormal wear, or anything concerning after being put through their paces...

Great grip and wear characteristics. I was running RE-71r tires before this. Those got really greasy once they got warmed up. I originally had RE-71RS on order, but with no delivery date in sight, opted for these Goodyears. I am thoroughly impressed. They hold up well, and are consistent, lap after lap. I have about 2 and a half hours on them so far. First time out I set my personal best at Thompson Speedway. One month later and I was able to match those times, even with significantly higher track temperatures. Tires exhibit no scrubbing, abnormal wear, or anything concerning after being put through their paces. I'll definitely be considering these again. For reference I have a staggered set -245/40/18 front, 275/40 18 rear.

...Wearing really well too, whole season of 70+ autocross runs and a few hours of track time.

Great tire for track days and autocross. Doesn't fall off with a lot of heat in it, and stays stable through a 20min track session. It's a great drive-to-event-and-back tire. Wearing really well too, whole season of 70+ autocross runs and a few hours of track time.

102 reviews mention "Wet Traction"

  • 38 positive
  • 64 negative

Reviews scoring 6-7 highlight poor wet traction, with users reporting slippery handling, tendency to hydroplane, and mediocre grip in rain. Despite the tire's Extreme Performance Summer focus, wet conditions demand cautious driving due to unpredictable behavior and frequent dissatisfaction with hydroplaning risks.

...They are sketchy in the rain and I do not trust them which is why I initially bought the Michelin Pilot 4S' which were night and day difference when I drove the car daily...

`This will be my 4th set of rears for my 2018 ZL1. Bang for the buck you cant beat these at the track once you get A LOT of heat in them. They will slip and spin until you hit "orange" on the tire temp. monitor in the gauge display. They are sketchy in the rain and I do not trust them which is why I initially bought the Michelin Pilot 4S'which were night and day difference when I drove the car daily.
BUT.. Due to covid I only drive the car at the track in cresson (MSR) and wow did the MP4S slosh around and have a lot of roll to them, not to mention did not do well after 3-4 laps after they get some heat in them, car was sliding through all the turns. I went back to the GYSC3 and immediately felt the difference and had a lot more confidence the the car. When these go on sale I always stock up, cant beat this tire unless you need a DD and will encounter rain regularly.

...As far as wet traction is concerned, wel, it's 'ok', but keep in mind they are low profile, wide, and you've got 455 Hp going to the rear wheels. For track events in the rain (which I had), I had to be more careful applying the throttle on track outnof tight turns of if there was anynoff camber in the corner. I think the wet performance was reasonably given it was intended as a dry tire, and it gets that down beautifully...

I¿ve done a few track days with these tires on my 2017 Camaro SS 1LE. In the dry, it¿s a brilliant tire on a brilliant car. I have the utmost confidence in these tires and then are predictable even when you get them hot. I found that the tires temperature and tire pressure was easy to keep consistent at a good operational temp and pressure through the whole track session. I love these tires and will be using them again. As far as wet traction is concerned, wel, it¿s ¿ok¿, but keep in mind they are low profile, wide, and you¿ve got 455 Hp going to the rear wheels. I don¿t expect that other track performances tires would fare much better unless it was a dedicated wet race tire.

...As others have stated, these tires are lacking in wet weather performance. They hydroplane easily and don't have high ultimate grip, but it's a small price to pay for incredible dry performance...

These tires came on my 2018 Camaro SS 1LE. They are now down to the cords after 7,800 hard miles which includes two track days, a couple road trips, a half day of hooning on a dry lake bed, and a few thousand miles of very spirited mountain/canyon driving. As expected, they do wear quickly but considering the abuse I've put them through, it's hard to complain. Performance is fantastic on dry roads. They stick like glue, steering response is sharp, and they communicate well. They're also very predictable and progressive as they lose grip which makes them a joy to drive hard. Track performance is incredible lap after lap with minimal performance degradation or greasiness. As others have stated, these tires are lacking in wet weather performance. They hydroplane easily and don't have high ultimate grip, but it's a small price to pay for incredible dry performance. I highly recommend these tires and will be buying them again.
