Overall this is not a bad tire. Dry traction is good, handling is good, and they are not noisy. Tread life has been good. I don't know what these are rated at but I have 45,000 miles on them and can probably get at least another 10,000 miles out of them. The reason I will not be buying these again and can't recommend them is their poor performance in wet weather. While I haven't had a problem with hydroplaning it is way too easy to spin the tires from a start. This can be a big problem when starting from a stop on an incline. They even lose grip when driving over metal expansion joints on elevated roads. I live in the South so I haven't had the opportunity to drive them on snow or ice.

These 20" Wrangler HP tires were OEM equipment on my 2005 Hemi Ram 1500 Quad Cab 2WD. They were quiet and had a nice ride and OK dry traction. I used the truck to pull a 24' enclosed car trailer and a 1971 Challenger R/T to car shows a couple of times a year. Otherwise I commuted to work with it when the weather was good. I didn't feel comfortable driving in even light snow with these tires. Maybe the Hemi engine had too much torque and I had too heavy of a foot? But it fish tailed real easy. Even in rain it was sketchy at best. For kicks I would get on it leaving the car wash and I could make the truck go down the street almost sideways. Once I did do a 360 in heavy rain on a city street and I was playing with it. When I wasn't fooling around with the truck, I wasn't 100% confident I wouldn't accidently lose it and hydroplane. As far as wear goes, they were wearing pretty good when I traded the truck in with 36,000 miles on a Charger R/T. I would estimate the tires had about 50% or more of their tread left. The Good Years on my Charger were Comfort Treads and they were a good tire. I later replaced those with Continental Contitracs which was also an excellent tire. I have a 04 Ram Rumble Bee 4X4 now with 20" wheels. No I wouldn't put these GY Wranglers on it down the road. It has Coopers on it. They grip great, but are noisy. Happy motoring!

These tires are OEM on my 4wd truck but are really only suitable for dry, paved roads. the tire is the worst I have ever had in snow, slush and ice since I bought a truck many years ago that came OEM with the old Goodyear Eagle GT's. I hate to spend the money on new tires already so hopefully I won't pile up the truck before winter is over. I will keep these through the summer then replace with a more AT tire. If there is a plus they seem to be fairly quiet on the road. I would guess they help with MPG which is why they were factory equipped, but I have no proof of that.

Extremely dangerous tire to have on any truck. Little to no traction in wet conditions or on any kind of loose material on the roadway even when new. Tread life is horrible. All 4 tires were completely bald by 25,000 miles. If your vehicle comes with these tires as standard OEM equipment, I would strongly recommend changing them as soon as possible for a higher quality tire such as Michelin LTX or Premier.

My 2016 Ram 1500 came equipped with these tires from the factory. It is unsafe to drive on anything but dry road conditions. These tires are garbage and make my vehicle unfit to drive in rain or snow. They lose traction even when the road is damp. I am scared for my safety driving on these crap tires.

These come stock on all Ram's with 20 inch rims, and i have to say i would rather drive on slicks in the snow than these garbage tires. These are by far the worst tires ever made and Dodge should be ashamed to even consider putting these on a 4x4 truck!! They have the worst time getting any traction in snow covered roads, rain covered roads anything. The rating on this site are way to generous for these jokes of tires. A good example of how bad these are my buddy has a Ford F150 long bed 2 wheel drive and we were sitting in the same snow covered parking lot and when we left he just up and drove away no spinning the tires, me on the other hand i almost got stuck and had to put it in 4 wheel drive just to get out of the same parking lot.. SO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER BUY THESE WORTHLESS TIRES. THANKS GOODYEAR FOR THE WORST TIRE TO EVER GRACE A TRUCK!!!

When the tires were new they seemed quite fine. They were OE on my truck. Unfortunately they didn't stay new for long. I am now approaching 15,000 miles and the tires are mostly gone. As we move into winter I am unable to run these any further. Quite a contrast to the Michelins I ran on my last truck. Overall, these were an OK tire for about 10,000 miles. Why would anyone want to pay a premium for this poor of tire. Once again, a very poor experience with good year. Look else ware!!!

Worst tires I ever had! Zero acceleration traction. Wore to bars in less than 40k. I could not keep them rotated properly because if I put one tire in the wrong spot it would pull as if the alignment was way off. Also could not balance one of them after three tries. DO NOT BUY!! I like Goodyear, but these tires are garbage. I'm trying the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2's at around the same price for my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500...We shall see.
