The Wrangler Steadfast HT is Goodyear's Highway All-Season tire developed for drivers of light trucks, SUVs, and CUVs looking for dependable on-road performance and durability. The Wrangler Steadfast HT is built to deliver smooth, comfortable road manners as well as provide driving confidence with good traction and predictable handling in dry, wet, and wintry road conditions.

Wrangler Steadfast HT callouts

A durable, all-season tread compound is molded into a symmetric design, developed to provide consistent handling in dry conditions while allowing for easy cross rotation to help resist irregular wear and maintain noise comfort. Generous circumferential grooves and wide, lateral notches help evacuate water from the contact patch for confident wet weather performance and combine with numerous sipes designed to increase traction in wet and wintry weather.

DuPont™ Kevlar® is incorporated into the internal construction of the Wrangler Steadfast HT, helping increase overall durability. The two-ply polyester casing provides a comfort-focused, yet durable foundation for the twin, robust steel belts. A polyamide cap ply continues to add durability and provide stability at high speeds.

...It handles well on dry roads (not afraid to push it), much better on wet roads than previous tires... I didn't buy them for better fuel economy, I wanted better traction on wet and dry roads which I got.

Took a long trip about 2000 miles, and very pleased with the ride comfort for a truck. Virtually no noise from these tires which is a reason I purchased them. It handles well on dry roads (not afraid to push it), much better on wet roads than previous tires. Had some snow recently ( couple of inches) and handle well compared to others slipping and sliding. Only draw back is I was hoping to improve fuel economy over the previous tires I had ( a brand I never hear of). That doesn't diminish my pleasure for these tires. I didn't buy them for better fuel economy, I wanted better traction on wet and dry roads which I got.

...They're quiet on the highway, grippy in the rain, responsive on twisty roads (for a truck especially)...

I don't write a lot of product reviews, but felt I had to in this case. I've had these tires for about a year and they have exceeded my expectations in every way! They're quiet on the highway, grippy in the rain, responsive on twisty roads (for a truck especially), they put up minimal struggle on hard-packed ice/snow, and they have plowed right through a couple of 4 to 5 inch fresh snows. Given that my truck is 2WD, I couldn't ask for more. And they look great.

This is my first set of Goodyear tires and so far they have been great. Experienced heavy snow and ice after installing these and they did excellent. Have since driven in heavy rain and an extended road trip. The tires were quiet and responsive. I would recommend these.

Only 2000 miles driven so far however, these miles included dry road, rain, freezing rain, ice and snow. I rate these tires to be as good as, or better than any I've ever owned on any of my vehicles. I have pretty consistently used the best of Michelin tires but decided to try these Goodyears based on being a very similar tire that my local dealer had in-stock. They also performed very well in some muddy trail driving and gravel roads I drive daily. As the reviews reflect, tire handling and quietness are the best I've experienced. My biggest concern for Goodyears has been tire wear so it will take a few years to see how well they hold up, but my initial review is that these are excellent tires!

...all traction in any weather is great...

if your thinking of buying this tire do it, you won't regret it. been a year now on my fx35 and love them. all traction in any weather is great. no issues whatsoever. it's my daily, so it's seen it all. heavy or light, rain or snow, some ice mixed in, it keeps trucking along. my only issue is that my vehicle is equipped with the factory 20s with a short wheel base, rides rough over bumps and road cracks and any big bump she shimmies. but the tires react well. I'm going to find some factory 18s, put this same exact tire on and only then will I be extremely happy. I will buy these again

...Wet conditions, light snow, cornering, comfort and noise. Absolutely the best hands down...

I have had many different tires on my trucks over the years and these are the best by far. Wet conditions, light snow, cornering, comfort and noise. Absolutely the best hands down. As far as wear I'm not sure because I only have 4K on them. I would definitely recommend these tires to anyone. There not cheap, but cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap.

A great all-around tire! Great in snow and rain. A comfortable ride with minimal road noise. They are about half-life now. I noticed a little decrease in my fuel economy but the pros outweigh a little more fuel usage.

...Tread is wearing very well and indicates a solid 60-70k miles. I've driven 1/32 in 12,000 miles according to the handy wear indicator...

Tire ratings are very subjective. You can’t go wrong with the Wrangler Steadfast HT. It is on par or better with any of the top competitors in the same class.

A do it all tire!

It handles towing a travel trailer on wet and dry pavement and performs well in sand driving on the beach for a highway tread tire.

This tire is a bargain at the price and beats competitors easily in value.
Tread is wearing very well and indicates a solid 60-70k miles. I’ve driven 1/32 in 12,000 miles according to the handy wear indicator. The sidewall is labeled Kevlar if that adds strength and protection against damage.
My 265/70R16 size is manufactured in USA.

Very impressed, I’ve mainly purchased Michelin over other brands on most of my vehicles.

Definitely buy again and put them on my Cherokee Trailhawk.
