The Ecsta STX KL12 is Kumho's Street/Sport Truck All-Season radial developed to meet the needs of sport utility vehicle, crossover vehicle and performance pickup drivers. The Kumho Ecsta STX KL12 blends an eye appealing appearance with year-round, on-road performance and traction, even in occasional light snow.
The Ecsta STX KL12 combines an aggressive directional tread design with large, stable tread blocks for quick response and sporty handling with high-angle lateral grooves that help channel water towards the sides of the tire to resist hydroplaning. The tire's internal structure includes twin, high tensile steel belts reinforced with two nylon cap plies to stabilize the tread area to enhance handling and high-speed durability. Two polyester body plies and nylon bead reinforcements in the tire's sidewalls blend ride quality with steering response.
Street/Sport Truck All-Season tires offer a sporty blend of handling, reasonable ride comfort and all-season traction. Many are designed to complement SUVs and CUVs.
