Michelin  Pilot Sport H S5C+

The Pilot Sport H S5C+ is Michelin's Racetrack and Autocross Only tire engineered to meet the specialized demands of hill climb competitors. It offers consistent dry handling, repeatable performance, strong grip, and the longevity needed to complete competitive runs with confidence.

The synthetic tread compound of the Pilot Sport H S5C+ is designed to deliver immediate traction and extended durability, enhanced by Michelin's Warm-Up technology to reach optimal operating temperature quickly. The result is steady grip through corners and straights. Integrated wear indicators on the tread surface provide quick visual feedback to track performance and monitor remaining tread depth.

Michelin Pilot Sport H S5C+ tires do not meet DOT requirements, and are not appropriate for roadway use. Michelin Pilot Sport H S5C+ tires are not intended for driving in wet conditions where standing water is present and there is the risk of hydroplaning; drivers should drive cautiously at reduced speeds if they encounter these conditions. Like all Racetrack & Autocross Only tires, Pilot Sport H S5C+ tires are not intended to be serviced or driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice. It's essential these tires be stored indoors according to Michelin recommendations.

On Storage: Tires must not be subject to:

• Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight
• Sources of extreme heat and humidity
• Solvents, lubricants, fuels and other chemicals
• Ozone emissions from equipment such as a transformer, welder, electric motor, etc.
• Long-term storage in a stack.

Note on Tire Aging: Michelin recommends using Michelin Competition tires within a maximum of 24 months following their date of purchase (within 4 months in the event of storage in severe tropical- type conditions) or within 12 months for wet tires.

Los neumáticos de uso especial: Solo Para Pista y Autocross En Seco, poseen una banda de rodamiento con diseño liso y un compuesto de caucho optimizado, para obtener tracción sobre superficies secas. No deben ser utilizados en carreteras o exponerlos a temperaturas cercas al punto de congelación*.

*Algunos neumáticos pueden ser utilizados con una profundidad de 6/32" (4.8mm) en condiciones mojadas y requieren afeitarse a una profundidad de 4/32" (3.2mm) para condiciones secas.
