The Dueler H/L Alenza with UNI-T and/or UNI-T AQII technology is Bridgestone's Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season light truck tire developed for the drivers of premium crossover and sport utility vehicles, as well as light duty pickup trucks. The Dueler H/L Alenza is designed to provide elegance with an edge, as well as year-round traction, even in light snow.
While all Dueler H/L Alenza sizes feature Bridgestone's UNI-T technology to take tire behavior to a higher level by increasing comfort and control, in order to further enhance wet traction over the life of the tire select sizes also have Bridgestone's UNI-T AQII technology which features dual layer tread compounds to resist the normal tread rubber hardening that results from the heat encountered during thousands of miles of use. As the tire wears, the special underlying high-grip rubber is exposed, helping offset the effects of heat and wear on wet traction. The result is that UNI-T AQ II technology helps handle wet road conditions even as the tire wears over the years.
The symmetric tread pattern of the Dueler H/L Alenza has been ride and noise tuned to enhance comfort. Large shoulder blocks and a continuous center rib boost responsiveness and highway stability, while wide circumferential grooves, lateral notches and sipes help increase stormy weather traction. The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts (reinforced with spirally wound nylon for H-, V- and W-speed rated sizes) to provide support under the tread area, while polyester cords stabilize the sidewalls and enhance ride quality.
Note: While Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season light truck tires offer all-season versatility including traction in light snow, tire sizes featuring extremely wide tread widths may limit the traction this type of tire can provide in deep snow.
*Specific sizes featuring UNI-T or UNI-T AQII technology are identified as such on the Sizes tab, as well as on the tire's Specs tab.

...If they don't ---- in in the winter (they are rated for severe weather and snow) just about the best bang for the buck out there.
Hard to give a very thorough review as I just got them. My thoughts are the tread is similar to the Michelin cross climate 2's (which I can no longer afford) but the price was too good to pass up at $93 a tire. Immediately noticed a huge improvement in ride quality and noise reduction over the Michelin tires that were on it when I bought it.(They were really old) If they don't ---- in the winter (they are rated for severe weather and snow) just about the best bang for the buck out there.

The cheapest brand and tire spec on tirerack for my 96 Nissan Gloria GranTurismo Y33 yet I'm so amazed on how this tire (I bought just one and will plan to buy one again this week) performs both on city and highway on dry traction. The road noise is less compared to the rest of the the 3 tires that have been on since I purchased the car 3 years ago in Japan. I haven't been run and tested on wet and snow traction since it's summer right now in Southern Californian but based on the thread and the reviews that this tire brand and model is great for wet and snow. The best bang for the buck and I'm about to purchase the same tire again this week.

...grip like a cat on shag carpet. The tread is really super sticky...
First of all kudos to Tire Rack! I ordered the tires online and they were at my house from their warehouse several states away in less than 24 hours! Incredible speed and service. Secondly, the price I paid for these tires was super super reasonable. Who sells a tire like this for $100? Crazy inexpensive. Lastly, I love these tires! Haven’t driven them that much in the rain but they seem good. Dry weather and roads on a warm day and these things grip like a cat on shag carpet. The tread is really wild and super sticky. Remains to be seen how long they last. Won’t know about snow because I swap out for studded snows. The only thing I don’t like is that my driveway isn’t paved and has many small stones, these tires gobble them up into the treads like crazy then spit them out once you get up to speed. So kinda concerned about chips in the paint. But the tires themselves are pretty awesome performers for such little money.

Couldn't answer winter questions but so far wet and dry conditions it works great. My road when wet is real slick and so far it's been doing great at handling the multiple sharp curves. And as well it handles stopping and going real good. Won't know more till I have used it more. Like how good it wears and snow and ice got to wait till winter. But so far they're great.

These tires are very quiet and give a soft, comfortable ride. I like the aggressive tread design, which seems to help retain good traction in the wet weather. Seems like a very good value so far.

I replaced Goodyear tri tread tires with these. Those were amazing. They were approximately $200 each. These tires run a very close second. For the price point of these they have been incredible. As a full time door dash driver I drive rural back roads, highways, and city roads all day. Adding up to 200 miles a day on these tires. I couldn't wait for the rain to see how they handled and I was not disappointed. The way the water is dispersed from the sides and not front and back makes a huge difference. I feel like the car is stuck to the ground and I would have to do something extreme for them to slip. Don't let the price fool you. Get them while they last. When these need replacing I will look for them again.

...Live in the midwest near the great lakes, so we have yet to test these things in in snow, slush and ice, so I will report back. Mostly city driving and occasional highway use, but so far so good...
I have these on my personal vehicle and I have to tell you, for the money they are really tough to beat. Relatively comfortable and quiet and in wet weather perform as well as many other big name tire on the market i have used. Live in the midwest near the great lakes, so we have yet to test these things in snow, slush and ice, so I will report back. Mostly city driving and occasional highway use, but so far so good. Again, for the price point, I have very happy with these so far and while it is a name brand not many recognize or have experience with, they are worth a purchase if in the market for a good all weather tire at a very attractive price point.
