The Renegade H/T Pro is Radar's Highway All-Season tire developed for the drivers of pickup trucks, minivans, full-size SUVs, Jeeps, vans, and commercial vehicles. Designed as a blend of unique eye-catching style and practical function in collaboration with renowned Italian design house GFG Style, the Renegade H/T Pro was built to embody the durability and traction drivers expect without sacrificing quiet, smooth operation, long life, and even wear. The Renegade H/T Pro provides predictable handling on dry and wet roads, as well as in light snow.
The Renegade H/T Pro molds a high-silica tread compound into an attractive and functional symmetric pattern. The reinforced sidewall has been augmented with cut-and-chip resistant components for extra durability and an additional ply in LT sizes. The Solidbridge shoulder design, by interlocking blocks with tie bars and bridges, provides dependable stability and traction while still allowing for an open shoulder design for extra grip on snow or gravel roads. The four wide, circumferential grooves allow water to flow through the contact patch to resist hydroplaning, and are further enhanced with built-in stone ejector features for dealing with any loose road features. Distinctive "leaf vein" sipes create the biting edges necessary for traction in slippery, wet and wintry conditions.
Internal construction of the Renegade H/T Pro is comprised of two layered body plies made up of polyester cord. The footprint is further supported by two ultra-high-strength steel belts reinforced with a dual-layer nylon cap to deliver even pressure distribution for confident breaking and stability when it's needed most.
