Bridgestone DriveGuard Plus Grand Touring All-Season Tires in 255/50R19

Seems like really good set of tires. Seems to handle wet, snow, and dry conditions really well.
Seems to be a good, smooth, and long lasting tire. Still have lots of tread left.

Tread ware is superior to Pirelli equivalent that I replaced. Slightly noisier. Unlike Pirelli, these come with a warranty. Pirelli's wear so fast (14,000 miles), no wonder that they do not warranty them. Highly recommend. How well they handle (the best) in rain and snow is a bonus.

For a Run Flat tire the noise level, traction in both wet and dry are very good. Tire wear is average

After years of replacing Continental GS SSR O.E. run flat tires with more of the same, I decided to try Bridgestone Drive Guard tires. What a difference! Quiet during the entire tire life, even wear, and great traction in snow. I cannot speak to tire life as run flat tires on a Mercedes is not much more than 20K miles and I sold the car with only 10K miles on the tires. Will replace the O.E. Continental run flat tires on my new Mercedes C300 with Bridgestone Drive Guard tires when the Continental’s wear out.

Tread wear is good and handles wet and snowy surfaces nicely. TIRE performs well on asphalt roads however on grooved highway roads, the vehicle feels like it’s sliding (fish-tailing).

I have had 3 sets of tires on this car: Pirelli Cinturato P7s (low tread when I purchased the car), Michelin MXM4 ZP, and these Bridgestone Driveguards. All have been quite good in the snow and rain. Car specifies run flat tires with no provision for a spare. All of these have a really harsh ride. The Michelin's are my favorite for aggressive cornering in wet or dry. I think the Bridgestones are slightly better in the snow, though I have not had scary moments with any of these tires. They are all good. I now have 2 sets of wheels, so my plan is to continue using the Michelins as my summer tires, and the Bridgestones as my winter / ski tires.

Over the last 10 years I have had 2 sets of the original Driveguard tires in addition to the OEM Michelins. This time I went with the Driveguard Plus tires and they are a huge improvement. Turn in and overall steering response are greatly improved as is high speed cornering. Dry weather traction is better especially under acceleration. Overall ride is smoother and quieter in town and on the highway. I have never had a set of tires that were such a noticeable improvement over previous ones.They make my Cadillac ATS feel new again, riding and handling as well or better than when I first got the car. I am impressed.

So far they have been good tires. Haven’t hast all the Wx yet to fully rate but cost,noise Handling and comfort are all good so far

Exceptional tires, comfortable yet sporty drive. Tires were delivered directly to my mechanic for installation. Excellent service.

In the past I have generally gone with Continental or Michelin tires. OEM tires on this car were Michelin Primacy. They were excellent but tread wore rather quickly, needed to be replaced after about 32000 mi. I had some question when Bridgestone tires were recommended. After about 8000 mi. of service, I am very satisfied with these tires. I hope they will wear better but I could not ask for more comfortable, responsive tires.

This is by far the best RFT tire I had on this car. Sienna is a heavy vehicle that eats through tires. I was never able to get more than 30K out of a tire on it before. These lasted 42K and had some life left (I do not run to legal minimum, and prefer to change at 4/32).
However, this longevity does not come at the expense of comfort, performance, etc. Mind you - this is a minivan, so I am not expecting track performance, but I still need decent handling and comfort. I never felt limited by the tires - only by the size and weight of the car itself.
I am comparing this tire with other BS RFT (Dueller, Turanza) as well as Conti RFT.

An excellent run-flat tire for a luxury SUV. Compared to the OEM Pirelli tires these are quieter, handle as good (or better), and come with a 60K mile tread-life warranty. No other run-flat tire I've found comes with any tread life warrantee! In addition, the included Tire Rack Road Hazard Warranty has made me a Tire Rack customer for life! My area of Pennsylvania has terrible roads so I have had 2 Bridgestone run-flat tires get punctured in the past 1.5 years. The Bridgestone fund-flats performed as expected even when low on air after a puncture, got me home, then to the tire store for replacement. Reimbursement from the Road Hazard insurance provider was prompt and effortless.

I usually buy Michelin but this is my third set of Bridgestones. I was nervous that these tires wouldn’t be as quiet and composed as the TURANZA model I had prior. I am hoping these wear as well as the prior Bridgestones, I was very happy with the tread life. So far; these tires are quiet, ride well, handle well.
