Pirelli Scorpion Zero AS Plus 3 

Purchase is always easy and straightforward with TireRack! Tires were priced right and they were delivered quickly. I had Pirelli’s on my car originally and they performed very well and so far these are as well. Drove it through torrential northeast rain storms on I95 and had full confidence in them keeping me planted on the road. Efficiency is similar to my original Pirelli’s.

The tire are replacements of previously installed Pirelli tires. Haven’t had time to test in winter conditions, but dry and wet are great. Slight noise when wet, but it is just the tire channeling away the water. The previous set only lasted 32000 miles so I’m hoping these last longer.

I replaced the factory Continental tires at 11,000 miles. Between the noise and handling issues they were not meeting my needs. I owned Pirelli tires on my last vehicle and really liked them.
Wet and dry traction are excellent, ride is comfortable and quit, and handling, especially turn in, is very good.

Tired have made a big improvement in ride quality and road noise over my previous OEM tires which were Goodyear. Ride is not nearly as harsh and it is super quiet inside the cabin. Handling is exceptional in typical dry, wet, light snow conditions. I have not experienced tires in harsh snow, icy, or other extreme conditions. I'm glad I purchased these over the Hankooks. Would highly recommend the Pirelli's you won't regret it!

Just got back from a 2k mile drive from Georgia to Massachusetts and back, along with some around town miles. Overall, these tires are really nice. The OEM tires (Michelin Primacy Tour A/S) were decent for my needs, but road noise got considerably worse. I replaced them around 30k miles with about 5/32 left on each, and even with tread left they were getting noisy. They were also never great in wet conditions, often spinning a bit with moderate acceleration. The Pirellis have been amazing in both wet and rainy conditions, not losing traction once. They truly do hug the road. We only tested them in some trace flurries for a bit, but they did fine.
These tires are also whisper quite. They are amazing at noise dampening, making the respectably quiet Michelin's (when new) seem like amplifiers.
On the other side, being more performance oriented, the ride is definitely stiffer. The Michelin's felt like clouds comparatively. The Pirelli's are much more responsive and offer better feedback, but they also fail to shield any bumps or uneven pavement.
The rolling resistance is nicely tuned, to the point where I haven't noticed any decrease in the efficiency, still floating in the 3.2 mi/kwh range for highway driving. Admirable for a sportier tire. The braking distance (including with HDA enabled) does need a bit more space, though no major issue.
The rub is that the Scorpions will be a great tire depending on what you prioritize. I like them a lot, but wish the ride was slightly softer (especially on longer road trips). Being performance tires, I did expect a dip in ride quality. But as for wet performance and noise reduction, these are top notch and likely top of class.

I installed these tires on my Tesla Model Y and I am very pleased with them after the first 1000 miles. Dry traction is fantastic and the grip is excellent in rain. The road noise is comparable to my original pirelli tires but these feel a bit softer, enabling a smoother and less bumpy ride. The one drawback of the improved grip is the ~0-5% reduction in range but I am very pleased with their performance so far.

The only downside is that these tires do exhibit, a large amount of road force, which means that there’s a little bit of vibration that feels like a tire is out of balance for the 1st mile or so, especially when they are cold. This rolls out, so to speak, and they become perfectly fine thereafter. The only reason I did not rate them higher for steering response is that they are not summer tires, which obviously would rate a 10. For an all season high-performance Tire, however, these are exceptional.

Great quality tires smooth and no vibration highly recommend them.

I’ve not put many miles on this set of tires yet but so far they are great. The ride is glass smooth. One of four road force balanced in the marginal category with the other three doing fine. I cannot tell any issues with any vibration.
The car does have a more firm ride than the Michelin PS4 Plus tires I had on it before this. But I only got 20k miles out of them. I did see other users commented about a more firm ride since these are a light truck tire. So far, I’ll accept that if I can get more mileage out of these. Time will tell. I’ve not yet ridden in rain nor snow to test those conditions.

This seems to be a new tire in the Pirelli Scorpion line. Until my last set…in which 3 of the 4 tires went bad within 10,000 miles…I have always liked the Scorpions. I make two crossings of the US a year so I really need to trust my tires and I really like these Pirellis. Will right off the last set to a discontinued model and Tire Rack stepped up on its guarantee and replaced two of them free of cost. So, so far,so good!
