The Eagle F1 All Season is Goodyear's Ultra High Performance All Season tire, built for drivers of sports sedans, modern muscle cars, and performance coupes. It's designed to deliver the high speed traction and sharp handling enthusiasts expect in dry conditions, along with dependable grip and extended wear in rain, light snow, and other unpredictable weather.

Hankook Weatherflex GT callouts

A performance tuned, high silica compound is molded into an asymmetric five rib tread pattern that balances dry road precision with wet weather confidence. The closely spaced tread blocks of the central ribs provides sharp steering response and confident straight-line stability, while broad outboard tread blocks maximize road contact to enhance grip during aggressive cornering. Wide lateral notches and four circumferential grooves help evacuate water to resist hydroplaning, while sipes and biting edges throughout the tread enhance traction on slick surfaces, including ice and light snow.

Under the surface, a two ply polyester casing supports twin high strength steel belts, further reinforced by two polyamide cap plies for added stability at speed. The result blends lightweight construction with high speed capability and year round versatility.

Toyo Extensa HP II Reviews

Customer feedback data reveals strong dry traction (9-10 scores) with confident grip and responsive handling, plus reliable wet performance (7-10 scores) for all-season versatility. Winter traction shows limitations, particularly on ice (0-5 scores), though some drivers report adequate light snow capability. Comfort earns praise for smooth ride quality (7-10 scores), and treadwear ratings (7-10 scores) suggest durable performance for daily driving. While praised as a capable all-season option in dry and wet conditions, icy surfaces remain a notable weakness. Drivers prioritizing year-round comfort and dry/wet confidence report high satisfaction, aligning with the tire's ultra-high-performance all-season design.

...Wet traction also is quite good compared to the Riken Raptors I had previously, which were terrible in the wet...

I've been pleased with these running them on the rear only, as they were out of stock when I desperately needed to replace my front tires. Compared to the Kumho's on the front, there is much less sidewall flex when cornering and better dry traction. Wet traction also is quite good compared to the Riken Raptors I had previously, which were terrible in the wet.

I have not run them in snow because I bolt on my Blizzaks on snowy days.

These were my first ever Toyo tires and I have been very pleasantly surprised. They look great, ride great in both dry and wet. Unfortunately there is no snow or ice in SW Florida. Handling is very good in both dry and wet. I've hit some deep puddles at speed but never felt like I lost contact with the road.

Overall I'd rate these tires very good and they were far from the most expensive tire in my size, another positive.

Given everything, I'd most definitely get these again.

...They stay really consistent in grip throughout. We have them on 2 CRX's and 1 SN95 Mustang with equally good results...

Really good tire for the money when you need a 500 tread wear tire. We are in Colorado where the temps change drastically from morning to afternoon and our track PPIR runs in all weather conditions. They stay really consistent in grip throughout. We have them on 2 CRX's and 1 SN95 Mustang with equally good results. They are great on the street thou I can't hear the tires over the exhaust lol. Hope that helps.

...High treadwear from my perspective so last longer than UHP's for sure...

I normally run RE71r but like most 200 and under treadwear those can crack in very low temps. I moved so bought these for winter since they can survive, but I left them on through summer as I was busy.
I drive a strong mix of dirt and gravel trails/roads, some light off road, season heavy rain, light snow, and often “spirited” in nature. That’s the background for my review. These tires are dirt cheap cost wise but a quality brand. High treadwear from my perspective so last longer than UHP’s for sure. Fuel mileage, noise, comfort- don’t care. You’re on your own for that, no comment other than a theme for this review- be realistic. Luxury OEM that want comfort and such don’t equip $300+ a tire rubber because they could have done $100 a tire like these but like spending money. So maybe buy something else if you are picky on those things. Same if you have a more focused use case. They aren’t a snow tire or a rain tire or a dry road tire or an offroad or rally tire or a fuel economy tire. They are really sort of made to be ok at a little of everything but not great at any one thing- and in my experience they deliver on that. So if you need rain and mud and snow and dry and maybe some time off pavement- they work. For dry performance they are not a sub 200tw UHP but you can have some fun. I’d skip these for track and auto X unless you’re on a super budget or maybe a novice drifter that just needs rubber. My car is sitting at or a little under 2000lbs and is low powered to modern standards so your results may vary if you have some land barge.
Be realistic. If they stay cheap I’d buy them again for winter tires but I’m not so enamored that I wouldn’t just as easily buy some other similar tire to try it or because of cost or features. I’ll take these over some $25 a tire “tiger paws” or whatever from temu though for sure. So for someone with more “average” driving style and use case maybe a great tire. From a performance standpoint they are bad but decent for the street.

...The tread life I got out of these tires shocked me, for only being rated 500 I still had a significant amount of tread left when I got rid of the car!...

These were my last set of tires on my old 17 Sentra. They handled great almost everywhere, I even had them on gravel roads and they handled well. The tread life I got out of these tires shocked me, for only being rated 500 I still had a significant amount of tread left when I got rid of the car! I would definitely buy again.

Testing Ultra High Performance All-Season Tires(04:01)

In the do-it-all world we live in today, it's no surprise we want one tire that can do everything: have reasonable road manners for our commute, responsive handling when a back road blast beckons, and slush and light snow winter traction.

We did a Real World Road Ride and Performance Track Drive to see if one tire really could do it all.
