The Pinza HT is Vredestein's Highway All-Season tire designed for drivers of crossovers, SUVs and pickup trucks looking for a tire with pleasant road manners balanced with durability and predictable handling. Pinza HT tires are engineered to provide capable traction on dry and wet roads, as well as in light snow.
The symmetric pattern of the Pinza HT is molded from an all-season tread compound intended to provide ease of rotation to promote even tread wear. Larger shoulder blocks help stabilize cornering forces for surefooted handling in high center of gravity vehicles and under heavy loads. The independent tread blocks are staggered to help minimize tread noise with generous pass-through notches that help evacuate water into the large circumferential grooves, increasing hydroplaning resistance. Tread blocks feature dense, zig-zag siping designed to provide biting edges for traction in slippery, wet and wintry conditions.
Internal construction of the Pinza HT consists of two high-strength steel belts supported by a robust, two-ply polyester casing with an additional polyamide cap-ply for stability at highway speeds.

Overall they are early in use but have been pleased with them. I have run in auto select 4 wheel drive and have had no trouble getting around. Living in a snow belt area with an early heavy snow fall, the tires work surprisingly better than expected for not being a full on snow tire. Conditions ranged from hard pack, slushy to approximately 8 inches dense powder. Quiet and smooth riding with predictable response so far from dry, wet to snow. Time will tell as to wear but happy and hopeful they continue to please.

I purchased them for my February trip to Lake Placid. -7 to +10 degrees, 5" of snow daily for 4 days, 20" of snow in 24 hours, lots of ice and snow on the road and the tires performed great.

...Nice ride and good dry grip...
So far (although early) the tires have preformed excellent. Nice ride and good dry grip. We just took a 2700 mile trip and they were flawless. Not noisy. Crazy, but have not been in the rain yet. So far an excellent buy, especially for the price. This is my second set and I am well pleased.

...On dry pavement, the tire drove very quiet and its traction is acceptable for the V-6 Atlas. VW Atlas only has 266 pounds of torque which is not too powerful for a car this size and having a good designed tire makes a big difference for traction.
Driving 1,000 miles, the tires drove well in the rain and dry weather. While driving in a heavy rain storm with lots of water on the highway and some minor flooding, the tire never hydroplaned. The fact that it has a deep thread and nice design, the car was able to ride though the water very well. On dry pavement, the tire drove very quiet and its traction is acceptable for the V-6 Atlas . VW Atlas only has 266 pounds of torque which is not too powerful for a car this size and having a good designed tire makes a big difference for traction. I suspect that after the tires break in they will ride even better.
This is my first time buying Vredenstein tires and I'm impressed!

...These tires were purchased as a result of very good experience with a set of Pinza ATs on my Tundra...same great features, low wear rate, great traction in dry, wet, snow and off-road (gravel) conditions, and low tire noise on highway...
The Pinzas have been a major improvement over the Firestone Destination LE3 previously on the vehicle as they were noisy. Have only put limited miles on them and with the dry weather we've been experiencing in eastern PA this fall (2024) hasn't provided the opportunity to drive in wet or snowy conditions. These tires were purchased as a result of very good experience with a set of Pinza ATs on my Tundra...same great features, low wear rate, great traction in dry, wet, snow and off-road (gravel) conditions, and low tire noise on highway. Price was very competitive on both sets too. Would definitely recommend the brand and model.
