American Racing Authentic Hot Rod  AR605 Torq-Thrust M Chrome Plated Wheel in 16" - 18"

Love the wheels, could nit get the true old style Crager SS wheels I was looking for in the size I wanted and these replicate it very will, look great on the vehicle, well worth the extra money spent on the nicer wheels,

I upgraded to these 18" wheels from my stock 16" Helos with Goodyear Eagles. I got these wheels with General Altimax 245/40 tires. The wheels have been great. They ride well and cornering performance is very good. I've gotten many compliments on the wheels and even had a neighbor specifically stop to tell me he really liked the look of the wheels on my car. I gave the 10 for appearance because they look great but I'm not sure it's the right look for my car. That's nothing against the wheel however, just my preference.

Sharp looking wheels. Easy installation. Unfortunately, within this past year through just one winter and just over 1000 miles of use the inner section of all four wheels are now showing dimples in the chrome. Since the warranty coverage for these RIMS is 12 months, I lose! They were exactly 13 months old when I reported the defect and typed this review. Resolution provided was to buy them again at a 15% discount . UGH!
