Orders for pick-up must be placed in advance over the phone or online.
We offer limited on-site service at our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. A showroom and sales staff are not available. All orders must be placed online or by phone prior to visiting this location for order pick-up.
Additional Order Pick-Up Information
- Call 877-232-8467 to let us know you have arrived.
- Order pick-up can be completed at the customer’s convenience during normal business hours.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. In some cases (for example, when a Tire & Wheel Package is purchased or studding/heat cycling/shaving are included in your order), we will contact you via phone to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
- The credit card will be charged at time of pick-up.
- Credit card holders must be present and show the credit card used to pay for the order at time of pick-up.
- Additional photo ID is also required.
- Installation services are not available at this location, however, Tire Rack has a national network of thousands of independent Recommended Installers ready to handle your installation needs.
