Ford Performance  Calibration Kit Bronco 2.3L Ecoboost

For drivers with a Bronco, this Performance Calibration kit can upgrade the horsepower and performance of your vehicle’s 2.3L EcoBoost engine. The kit improves not only vehicle throttle response through the RPM range but also drivability by creating smoother gear shifts for vehicles equipped with automatic transmission. This kit can increase your vehicle’s power up to 330hp at 5,500rpm and torque up to 385lb-ft. at 3,500rpm.

The Bronco 2.3L Performance Calibration kit includes the ProCal 4 delivery tool to enable the download and delivery of future calibrations. Additionally, this kit enables changes in tire size up to 37x12.5R17 or axle/FDU ratio adjustment up to 5.38 on their vehicle.

• CARB E.O. #: D-431-6 for 2021-2024 models
• Enables upgrade of M190 to M210 front drive unit by reconfiguring DLCM module.
• Reverting to stock calibration with non-production tires/ gears will result in error codes and may cause critical systems to lose functionality.
• Calibration and ProCal 4 tool are VIN locked. Please contact the Ford Tech Line with additional questions.
• ProCal 4 software is only available for Windows 7 or greater and will not work with Windows 10 in “S Mode.”
• The ProCal 4 tool receives periodic firmware updates to improve usability and download additional features. Please periodically connect the tool to your PC to receive automatic updates.
• Calibrations for manual transmission Broncos downloaded after July 15th, 2024, no longer include a rev-matching feature.
• The calibration kit is approved for 50-state compliance.
