How to redeem:
You must complete a legible redemption form sent to you by Tire Rack to your billing address usually within 1-2 weeks of shipment, also available here. The original dated paid invoice (also sent to you by Tire Rack) must be attached to the redemption form.

Offer form must be postmarked or submitted online by September 30, 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted. Limit two (2) Continental Tire Visa Prepaid Cards per person, household, email or address. Retain copies of submitted materials, as they will not be returned. Redemption form must include a valid email address and current, residential street address of the purchaser only.
