This offer is not transferable and is valid only for the individual who purchased four (4) new qualifying Cooper tires in a single transaction for personal household use. Tire Rack will mail a redemption form (also available here) and a copy of your invoice to your billing address within 1-2 weeks. You will need to complete this form and submit it, along with your invoice (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted). An invoice will also be shipped with your order.

You can also submit your redemption form online at us.Coopertire.com/promotions. Please ensure that you have a copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice which shows:

1. Customer Name
2. Tire product purchased
3. Date the tires where purchased
4. Name and address of the store where the tires were purchased

Work orders or order confirmation emails will not be accepted.
