Bridgestone  Dueler A/T RH-S

Replaced the stock GoodYear Wranglers with these tires, mainly due to thier low cost. They have equalled the GoodYears in all areas except snow where they don't bite as well as the Wranglers did. Overall a great tire if you don't need the best off-road traction. On the pavement, wet or dry, they are soft, quiet, responsive and really comfortable. For my needs they are exceptional.

The best set of OEM tires I've ever had on a vehicle. While there are other tires out there that may look more aggressive and off-road ready, these tires have honestly handled everything I've thrown at them. The treadwear has been excellent, and I could probably put another 10k miles on this set easily. While I've never taken them hardcore rock climbing, I've been off-road many times, have forded a river, and gone over 3 foot high snow drifts with zero slipping. I would not hesitate to recommend these tires to anyone who does mostly city/highway driving but wants the ability to take it off-road without hesitation when the opportunity arises.

These tires are amazing! We had 4 blizzards this past winter and a very very muddy spring and I hardly had to use 4 wheel drive at all. These tire dig in a go when you need them to. I drive half/half highway and gravel country roads and have no problems whatsoever. There is a noticeable noise level increase with the more agressive tread pattern compared to the cheesey street tires my Expedition came with, but that is very minor compared to outstanding performance. I highly recommend!

put these tires on 12/23/2009. Drove in a snow storm to Duluth,mn and back to Orr,mn, there was anywhere from 6-10 inches of snow on the roads, never used 4-wheel drive once, not even coming up the hills in Duluth. I have drove in all weather never a problem. I get 18-22 mpg, but I do coast to stop sign and rarely brake hard. I have had 3 wheel hubs go bad and had wore tires abnormaly ,and they will still hold the road. Will be putting on new set this spring!

The dealer installed these tires on my truck right before I puchased it. At the time the truck had 60,000 miles on it. The truck now has 75,000 miles on it. I have been very proactive in managing the wear of these tires because I am and probably will remain a michelin man. I have roatated every 5,000 miles and even purchased the life time allignment so I can get it and keep it alligned. I have been very impressed with the traction of these tires in the dry and on the snow. I cant say the same for the wet acceleration traction. I know these are installed on a pick up so they are expected to do a lot when it is raning, but they do spin quite easily when it is wet. Stability and tracking is much better than I would expect from a tread designed in this manner. The tread wear is very even and they seem like they will last 50-60k. The only thing that is preventing me from purchaing these tires again is the road noise. Every mile they get louder and louder. I know they are an AT tire so they are not supposed to be quite, but they were quite when new so I was hoping they would stay that way. It isnt the case and a little disappointing for only having 15k on them. The more I rotate them the louder they seem to get. I can deal with it because new tires cost $1,000.



If I had to get new tires today, I would look at the getting a all season tire. My driving style doesnt take me of road much any more.

tire is more aggressive than last Dueler A/T, but highway noise is less. Dirt and light mud no problem. Deep mud is as good as can be expected. light snow was no problem, but ice was okay. It is a great tire for all purposes that will last all of 60K miles if anything like my last Dueler A/T. Just wish they had a better load rating. However, not a problem with my 5.5ft bed.

Recently bought Toyo Open Country ATII¿s for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in the hopes they were just a better version of the original factory Dueler A/T¿s I had. The Toyo¿s seemed to have quite a bit more grip than the Dueler¿s. However, they were quite a bit louder when going 50+ MPH. I felt like the tires didn¿t do a good job at dampening road bump noise either. It seem to travel through the tire. Turns out each tire is also 3 pounds heavier than the Dueler A/T. It was surprisingly noticeable driving on the highway trying to pass people and my gas mileage went down approx. 0 .5 mpg I¿d say. I got 85k miles out of my dueler¿s last time so ended up switching back to them on a new set.

these tires give a great ride down the highway, good in the wet & light snow. Off road not so good ,40,000 is all you will get . For the money i think i can find a better tire.

I changed tires because I wanted a better look and winter and off road mud traction. I have to say I actually miss my old tires that still had lots of tread life! I could have easily got 70K miles out of them. They were extremely smooth on the highway and adequate everywhere else especially in four wheel drive. The Toyo tires I put on have been really difficult to get balanced so highway driving has been a let down.

This tire had been nothing short of amazing. I currently have 101,000 miles on them and just now considering replacing them. I did rotate them about every 5,000 to 6,000 miles and I'll replace them with the same tire.

Bought my truck with these tires all ready installed and quickly discovered why. Seemed like nothing would stop this truck/tire combination especially in deep snow. 4WD was not all ways necessary and was constantly towing out stuck cars,trucks and SUV's during some of the worst snow storms. Also went off road a lot and had fun on tank trails and a few training courses used for High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV). I have had this truck/tire combination for 4 years I am just now noticing noise and wear. I will be buying these again for sure.

2007 Wrangler Unlimited, stock. I replaced the factory set at 65,000 miles, which now seems a bit premature. I have 83,000 on them and they are not to the wear indicators yet. I am going to replace them before winter due to just having the entire front end rebuilt by the dealer (under warranty). I drive primarily on the highway but love to take it off road whenever I can.
Looking for a new set of them now.
