After ~5,500 miles, I still like these tires. These replaced Michelin Pilot runflats. The Bridgestones are MUCH quieter than the michelins. Road noise is always a problem in a convertible corvette with Z-51 suspension, but the Bridgestone Potenza S0007A RFT are far superior to the Michelins. Traction and wet handling are also much better. So far wear has been acceptable

Plenty of grip in dry and wet really good corner stability and they respond well to heat.

I have had these tires for a couple months now and am very happy with the performance. Took them on a road trip from Chicago to Florida including a pass on Tail of the Dragon. Was very happy with how well the fronts held in the corners.

Road noise on the highway was comparable to the Pilot Super Sports that were the last set I had.

I did spend some time in heavy Florida rains and was happy with the minimal hydroplaning.

Can't provide too much information on the tread life yet.

Although I am still breaking these tires in, and the only comparison I have to date is with the narrower wheel/tire package previously mounted on the car, i must say that I am impressed thus far. After reading about how bad RF tires ride quality is in comparison to a non RF, the Bridgestones are more than adequate. I don't race, nor do I track my car, but I like to push it at times and explore it's capabilities, and the C6 Z06 wheel/tire combo, along with the suspension setup on this C5 is, in my opinion, nothing short of very impressive. All vehicles have limitations, and respecting those limitations still yields fun driving and excitement for me. I have gradually pushed the car harder through high speed turns and am constantly rewarded with relentless amounts of grip and confidence. For your capable and spirited everyday driver, the Potenzas do more than enough. Not expecting great tread life, but only time will tell.

I provided a review on the Potenza 325/30/19, so I would encourage Corvette owners or other staggered wheel drivers to read that review. I am no race car driver or track guy, but I do consider myself a capable and confident driver. I purchased the Bridgestones because I was on a budget and, even after reading negative content on run flat tires, they still have the appeal of not being stranded without a spare. For me, these tires are more than enough. I expected a rough(er) ride and some of that can also be attributed to the stiffer Z51 shocks that I purchased. So far, where these tires really shine is in the corners. I've pushed the car quite hard many times and the grip is outstanding- all of this is in cooler weather and road surface temperatures in Montana too. Although it would be nice to have something to compare to- other than the previous square setup, I can still say that the car handles day and night differently. For the thousands of C5 and C6 drivers out there on a budget, most of you would probably be more than happy with this setup. I'll provide an example for Corvette owners. Previous: 255/35/18 F, 275/40/18 R, Goodyear Eagle F1. Current: 275/35/18 F, 325/30/19 R; C6 Z51 shocks, heavy duty sways and endlinks. The suspension investment was more than worth it in order to compliment and support the massive tire change. Affordability can be fun.

Speed demon here. I daily drive a V10 7-speed coupe. And I drive the car to it's limits. Engine and brakes have been modified to accomodate. I needed a tire that was Y rated for high speed runs above 170 mph. I have used mostly 160 treadwear tires in the past. These tires would last me around 10k. This tire lasts slightly longer, at 240 treadwear but not by much. When they are new you can expect excellent rain and dry traction. After about 8k miles they start to become more and more slippery. They have nice stiff sidewalls because they are RFT's, and you have the added confidence of knowing that no matter what, they will not pop at 200 mph. That is a great thing to have if you like doing high speed runs like I do.

They last a little longer than the competition tires I used before. Overall I would prefer those tires but they were discontinued. I decided to give these a shot. I do not drive like most people. Performance and having fun with the daily commute is like my bread and butter. These tires are not the best for doing that. Semi slicks would be better. Higher grib and better cornering than these. Although the performance tires WILL be noiser. These tires are quite as a mouse. For 90% of drivers I think they will be just fine. For the select few who like to push their cars to the limit, get a semi-slick. Stop playing around.

After breaking the all 4 OE tires loose on a 50deg morning warm-up lap at Road Atlanta (should have read the TireRack reviews) - it was time to send them packing. These Potenzas have a 340 treadwear which is slightly higher than OE tires on the Z51 Corvette. Probably a bit harder tire than I have been driving on my last few "performance" cars. I do notice a bit more tire noise. I have not pushed these tires very hard - yet . I have driven them in hard rain without any tracking or traction issues but have not yet driven them in a Florida summer deluge but bases on experience to date, I don't anticipate any wet issues. I have not taken them to the track. When I do, it will be a warm/hot day and I will EASE into increased performance demands.
