Falken WildPeak A/T3W 

These were great wet traction tires on my Tacoma so I bought a set for my wife’s 4runner. I just rushed my wife to deliver our baby last night and had the utmost confidence blasting down the highway in moderate heavy rain going 85 on 101 at night. I could have went faster but I didn’t want to get pulled over as she was about to pop. She relayed her contraction timing to me and it was 1 minute apart by the time we got to the hospital. I was pushing it on acceleration and turns. Made it to the delivery room and the baby was delivered within 5 mins of arriving to the hospital. I would have had to deliver this baby myself on the side of the road if I took my truck with the current ko2 tires.

Had Toyo RT in the same size. They were horrible wet and snow. Loud after 45000 miles. The Falken AT3 have been great in all conditions. Not to heavy so the fuel economy has remained in the low 20s. I have Falken AT4 on F150. They are heavy. Actually lost 2 mpg. So very happy with this purchase. I hope Falken doesn't discontinue the AT3

I am really impressed with this tire’s sidewall strength and armoring. They are comfortable and don’t feel like all-terrain tires on the highway.

In the snow And in cold, wet weather, it is almost a perfect tire for my 5000 pound fancy land cruiser. I live on a very challenging and curvy asphalt road and the dry traction and handling are not bad at all for all-terrain design.

These tires are the best tires ive had to date for a passenger vehicle. The tread is amazing for any terrain you could imagine in a minivan or small suv. They are not wearing fast and they handle great on the rain with no signs of hydroplaining. They also did great in the snow this last winter. My wife had no issues getting around in the snow and ice all winter in Missouri driving ever single day. I would highly recommend these tires for anyone that owns a minivan, small SUV or light duty pickup.

This particular set of Falken Wildpeaks have taken me from New Mexico through Leadville, Colorado and across the great divide during winter (on a 2WD). They've been my daily driver on extremely rocky country roads and across occasional muddy fields. Just this week, they carried us on a cross country on a trip to Minnesota. They even do great pulling the 6,500lbs water trailer we haul weekly. They've performed extremely well in every condition given what their priorities are as a tire. They aren't the quietest on the highway being an A/T, and rocks from between the tread get thrown at times, but those are first world problems that don't much matter in light of the safety and stability they provide in their intended operating environments.

The Falken Wildpeak AT3 have been very good tires so far. Road noise is just a little more than street tires. Ride comfort is good. Wear seems even so far. Wet traction was slightly disappointing, but you can only expect so much from one tire. Off road performance is superb. I’ve had these tires in situations that I was sure we weren’t getting out of without help and they’ve surprised me pleasantly. Very good all around compromise when what matters is getting back to the road when you’re 20 miles back in the mountains in rainy slick conditions.

Superior tire on all road conditions and anything the road throws at you.

Well , my car is Actually and Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150 series.... VX Grade... KDSS.... a twin brother for the 4runner TRD OffRoad Premium. Difference is tire size... mine is a 265/65R17 116T Extra Load rating.... running 30PSI in all 4 corners....
Just about to cross the 5,000 kilometers .... bought them on January 4 2025....
Previous tire was a Pirelli Scorpion HT ( not available in USA) its a Brazil Tire from Pirelli....
Yess it was a highway terrain tire...
The Falkens are harder... obviously...
I feel more vibrations all around....
Its strange how this tire behaves
.. cause in certain road irregularitues... it completely absorbs them.... but continious ones... it totally unsettles the car....
Tire noise has been getting bad... at the begining... nothing.. silence... but not its uncomfortable...
Wet traction is amazing... it really is.... fuel economy wise... its worse...in city it has been around 25-30% more fuel consumption... and on hightways its been 20% more consumption....
Soo in reality... for what i expected... its not good.....
And its not even an LT rated...
Maybe i got a bad set of tires?... not sure...
In spirited driving this tires do grip... and they grip haaaard on concrete and asphalt... soo i feel really really secure.... cornering ability... amazing.... soo yeah driving dynamics... are awesome... likee it feels like summer tires on a hody on frame suv... and the transition between grip and understeer... is well noo surprises there...
Sooo....jum... it feels tok much as a performance summer tire....
Soo if i wass gonna review a summer tire... this onee is awesomee...
But as an all terrain Im jot sure....
But also my suspension was alreadyy harshh so driving a harder tire makes everything harder?
All and all.... as an all rounder tire... it behaves goood....

Love them. Do not really notice a noise difference like some people say. Gas MPG went down about 1 MPG from the original highway tires on the truck. I will take that all day for the comfort of being able to go on and off any road.

I have about 30k on these tires and still going these tires worked out great more than what I thought they would. Mud, sand, and a little ice couldn't stop them. They do what they have advertised

I purchased these tires right before a 4 month cross country road trip with our 7k pound travel trailer. We mostly dispersed camped in national Forest and BLM land. I've used these tires in just about every situation, highway driving, OHV trails in the Sierra mountains, snow covered roads, Rocky trails in the desert, sandy dry lake beds and beach driving. These tires exceed all expectations for an all terrain tire. The only time I was ever stuck was in deep sand pulling the trailer, and after airing down I was able to drive out under my own power.

I have 32k miles on these tires now, about 18k of which are pulling a 7k pound trailer. Treadwear is probably still at 25-30%. I expect to get over 40k miles. I've had no flats or failures, even when running ~13 psi with a 7k pound trailer on the back.

Needless to say I would buy these again and recommend them to everyone. They are also on most of our work trucks so I have even more time using them with similar results. Our Subaru is getting the AT trails when it needs tires, hopefully they're just a good
