The WildPeak H/T02 is Falken's Highway All-Season tire developed for drivers of pickup trucks, vans, crossovers and sport utility vehicles looking for rugged durability and towing strength combined with a comfortable ride and all-season capability, including light snow traction. Select sizes of the WildPeak H/T02 are all-weather tires that meet the industry severe snow service requirements for the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol alongside its all-season performance.

The WildPeak H/T02 utilizes an all-season tread compound molded into a symmetric tread design engineered for long service life and, thanks to its variable pitch tread blocks, a quiet ride. The three central "ribs" of the tire feature a "support bridge" between each for additional stability under serious tow loads and straight-line driving. Four wide, circumferential grooves support water flow-through to resist hydroplaning, while the silica-enriched compound offers more grip in rainy weather. 3D Canyon Sipes aid in retaining shoulder block rigidity under high torque while still providing the biting edges necessary to hold on to traction in wintry driving conditions.

The tire's internal structure consists of a two-ply polyester cord body for enhanced ride quality and improved strength. Two wide steel belts sit on top of the casing and are reinforced by a polyamide cap ply, enhancing handling, durability and stability at highway speeds.

Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol may provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

...Wet traction is excellent...

Purchased this set to replace the original continental summer tires on the E63Amg. So far I'm pleased with the Goodyear's, they provide a much more comfortable ride especially when hitting pot holes and rough roads. Handling is good but they give off a little more noise then I'd like. Wet traction is excellent. Dry traction is also very good. No experience driving in snow yet. Overall these are an excellent tires for the every day driver looking to get a better ride from their vehicle.

Good wet traction, which is my guiding factor in selecting tires for this vehicle since I live up the driveway from --------. It's a challenging double S curve that gains over 100 feet in elevation from the street. Good wet traction, which is my guiding factor in selecting tires for this vehicle since I live up the driveway from --------. It's a challenging double S curve that gains over 100 feet in elevation from the street. It also features an exposed aggregate and grooved concrete surface that nonetheless can be quite slippery when wet. These tires do the trick as long as I lay off the throttle. Too much acceleration and the tires break loose, requiring a new launch from a stopped position. Otherwise, on the road these tires have a nice sporty feel and can corner aggressively with predictable results, yet offer a moderately comfortable ride quality and noise level.

...They are also GREAT in the rain...absolutely no hydroplaning and excellent grip.

I've had some fun vehicles...an 07 350Z, 6 speed manual, 2013 Mustang GT convertible automatic, two Subaru WRX's 5 speed and 6 speed manuals, and now a 22 Mustang GT Convertible 6 speed manual (standard suspension...also surprisingly good!!)... I've had summer performance tires from Goodyear, Continental, Bridgestone, and Dunlap OE tires on the Subaru's. My 22 has this Goodyear....265/35 - 20. I was disappointed that the wheel purchase came with all season tires however my disappointment has quickly faded. These tires have excellent grip on corners...one fun ride home has many medium and fast sweepers and this tire handles them 20-30 mph over the posted speed limit without noise and are very precise composed. I attribute the good handling to the tire width and the 35 aspect ratio sidewalls...and I run them at 42 psi front and 39 psi rear (to balance the weight distribution) a little higher than recommended. The steering response is very quick, not as quick as my 19 WRX, but VERY close... On smooth freeway they are pretty quiet, not so much on more rough pavement. They are also GREAT in the rain...absolutely no hydroplaning and excellent grip. I'll use my 4x4 in the snow, thank you!

Due to the all-season type and the 500 treadwear rating, I expect pretty good wear...at almost 6K there is no sign of wear....I'll update at about 15K...

This tire, at least in this size, performs better than any high performance summer tire that I've had.... At this point, I'm very surprised and extremely happy with the F1's

...The winter performance was the main reason I purchased these. They performed well in light snow.

I am very happy with these tires. I put 4 of these on an AWD Lincoln MKZ. They outperform the OEM Michelin Primacy tires. The responsiveness is slightly better with these on. I haven't notice an increase in road-noise with these tires. The winter performance was the main reason I purchased these. They performed well in light snow.

...Cold (Winter/snowy) remains very capable/ predictable...

Gooyear F1 Asymmetrical; (2000 Audi A4 1.8T Q -Sport Package):

The F1 All-Season is a spectacular all-season, high-performance tire in any metric chosen.

However, this tires propensity to pick up debris (nails/screws) and subsequently lose tire pressure has been nothing short of beyond frustrating -and expensive. In the 3-years of (otherwise) proud ownership, I've repaired"flats", six (6) times now -and I do very little driving. And no, I'm not a Yoke who is unaware of road debris ! lol

There is NOT one area of this tire I can complain -in fact only marvel at . Dry =excellent. Wet =even better, Hydroplaning ? Never experienced with this tire. Ever.

Warm/Summer weather performance is very good/excellent. Cold (Winter/snowy) remains very capable/predictable.

Ride quality = excellent. Noise level = What noise level? Tread wear; have 40% remaining !

Tendency to pick-up nails/screws = awful.

Next set will definitely be another set of All -Season F-1's, but new supplier will have an unlimited, lifetime "free tire flat repair" service .

If I experience the same again, I may very well cry in despair over what my next set would be. Interestingly, the Eagle GT (circa 2010) I used previously, although an excellent summer performer (less so in rain) and decreasing but acceptable as temp's dropped, I never had a single issue with flats (from road debris). Not once ! (I live in the same area -do the same driving/locations etc.).

In a nutshell, the Goodyear F-1 Asymmetrical All-Season is a superb all-rounder that comes very highly recommended.

...dry traction is still good (only once did my traction control kick in for a split second starting on a hill somewhat aggressively while also turning,)...

So I can't do a follow-up review to my original review at 8k for some reason, but here's what I think at the 25k mark. I still really like these tires, still ride smooth and are comfortable for a performance tire, dry traction is still good (only once did my traction control kick in for a split second starting on a hill somewhat aggressively while also turning,) and treadware is very good in my opinion. Last maintenance service, tires measured all at 7/32 remaining tread depth. I have noticed the noise to increase ever so slightly, on concrete roads, however on blacktop they are quiet. Wet traction is alright, have noticed I hydroplane a little bit, even at lower speeds in still water, but nothing serious I just take my time. Others have rated wet traction excellent. I think my wide tire size from Nissan is to blame for the average wet traction. I have a dedicated set of Continental Viking snow tires for the winter season, so I am no help there in that regard. Overall I would still recommend these tires and plan to get another set when the time comes. Although the Goodyear Exhilarate tires have peaked my interest, but also come at a higher cost.

...I've scared myself on dry mountain roads and tight turns by exceeding the speed limit by 20 mph or more...sometimes unintentionally...Not even a noise objection from the tires...they just want to grip...

When I purchased my Mustang, I was concerned about the wear of a "high performance summer" tire. I ordered the optional 20 inch wheels with the 265/35-20 Eagle F1 Asymmetric tire thinking that the wide tire will work better in handling, and tire will last longer. I also add PSI to my tires (to accommodate for weight distribution.. 53/47) and use 40 in front, 37 in the rear and rotate every 10K-15K. The increased pressure makes makes this a tire that responds very quickly...and I say that coming out of a 2019 WRX...it's almost that quick. The 22 GT standard suspension is a nice combination of ride and handling....

The tires do not hydroplane at all, and I have to intentionally add gas to lose traction in the wet. I've scared myself on dry mountain roads and tight turns by exceeding the speed limit by 20 mph or more...sometimes unintentionally...Not even a noise objection from the tires...they just want to grip...

I have 33,333 miles on the tires and should easily get another 20.... 9/32" new, have 6+/32" now.... AND they drive flat and all are wearing at the same rate....

Very pleased and surprised with this tire...and will definitely buy the same when these are ready to go....

...Tires seems to absorb bumps better than the last set of tires as well as being more comfortable to drive on...

OEM tires on my car, however replaced with Michelin Pilot A/S 3+ @ 1200 miles because the car sat on the dealer lot and I feel that permanently damaged the internal of the tire causing driving discomfort. 25k miles later on the Michelin's and they were getting sketchy to drive in the rain. Decided to give the Goodyears another chance, and I'm glad I did. Tires seems to absorb bumps better than the last set of tires as well as being more comfortable to drive on. Wet traction is almost as good as the Michelin tires when new, however not much snow this past season so I cannot rate that. Dry traction is good enough for my driving I feel. Tread wear is great at 8000miles and no obvious noise at this time. I would like to try the new Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate when I need tires, however if I can't, I will definitely buy these tires again.

Very smooth and quiet. Excellent treadwear so far for a performance tire. Excellent dry traction and handling. I especially like the rim protector molded into the bead/sidewall area — makes it much more difficult to scrape a wheel rim against a curb. I perviously owned a set of Pirelli P Zero — these Goodyears are so much better in all respects, that it is not even close! I will definately purchase these again.
