The Eagle Enforcer All Weather is Goodyear's High Performance All-Season tire developed to perform in the demanding operating conditions encountered by police vehicles. In addition to providing reliable traction and handling in dry and wet conditions, the Eagle Enforcer All Weather is designed to deliver enhanced light snow traction. All Eagle Enforcer All Weather tires are severe snow service rated and branded with the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol.
The soy-based tread compound of the Eagle Enforcer All Weather is designed to deliver sure-footed traction in variable weather conditions, in addition to enhancing wear life. The multi-zoned design helps increase grip for handling and cornering stability. High silica content in the tread rubber improves traction in slippery conditions, and the swooping grooves, deep circumferential channels and open shoulder blocks increase hydroplaning resistance by providing a direct path for standing water to evacuate the footprint. The Eagle Enforcer All Weather features high sipe density throughout the pattern, with winter-focused zigzag sipes in the center and inboard zones that work with the tread compound and independent tread blocks to deliver light snow traction capable of earning the 3PMSF symbol.
Internal construction of the Eagle Enforcer All Weather consists of two wide, steel belts atop a two-ply, polyester casing. Two polyamide reinforcement plies help further stabilize the tread to provide durability and high-speed handling and stability.
Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol may provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

I have a 2011 BMW 535i with Goodyear Eagle LS-2 245/45/18 Run Flats. After 36k, it's time for new tires. I've been very pleased with wet handling (particularly heavy rain at highway speeds), decent corning and most pleased with tread life. Unusual for me to get 36k out of a set of tires with my driving style. I'm amazed at the negative reviews. I try to avoid pot holes but hit them all the time. Never had an issue with sidewall blisters/bubbles. This may be limited to super-low profile 19" tires? All run-flats in this size are quite expensive... I've been very pleased with mine.

These are were OEM on my X3 and I'm on my third set. The latest set has been the best. The tires have excellent dry handling and are much quieter than the previous two sets. The ride is much smoother with the latest generation, too. I like to keep things as OEM as possible on my vehicles. The performance, ride, noise and endurance of these tires has met my expectations. I only got 25k from the first set, 38k from the second and, so far, 10k from this current set. We had a puncture with the second set and the run flat performance was great. The X3 notified us about the complete loss of pressure and the flat tire's stiff sidewall enabled us to get home safely. The tire could not be repaired due to the puncture on the tire's edge, but the tire was easily replaced. These are great tires and I would not hesitate to purchase them again when the time comes.

Great tires. I little pricey, but worth it. The previous set that was on the vehicle were this brand and model also. I had to drive almost 50miles on a flat and these tires held together and had unusually good performance even while flat. Strong sidewall keeps tire from breaking down in heavy and agressive cornering but still soft enough for a smooth ride. At high speeds its like floating on air. During aggressive cornering and maneuvering minimal slippage and lose of traction is displayed. While traveling through the Rocky Mountains where traction is a must, no problems were in countered. Bottom line, these tires give you the performance and reliability you expect from a tire on a sports car with the added protection of a run flat

I rely upon the Tirerack reviews when I buy tires, there is nothing better than references of others and their advice, and that goes for everything you buy, and I'm a comparison shopper. Today I had our BMW X3 oil and brake fluid changed and the customer consultant said I needed a set of tires and the same set of Goodyear LS2 was over $1,500. Yow! Since I'm a comparison shopper here I am researching the OEM tires. This is our first BMW SUV with run flat tires and we have noticed it rides much stiffer than our previous BMW, but accepted it. So, reading reviews we learned a lot. In San Diego we don't have snow and winter traction is not a factor for us. What we do here is zip along highways at upper 70s to 80 mph to keep up with traffic and not get run over, so dry traction and handling is a major factor on California highways. Going fast is just what we do and thus it was alarming and dangerous to see so many side wall issues with the Goodyear LS2 and also issues with the Bridgestone Driveguard. Imagine driving fast in a lot of traffic and --- forbid you have a tire failure. It is a safety issue for us, so for or the LS2 it is No, and also No for the Drivegard, but I didn't see that being a common concern the Michelin Primacy-ZP. I haven't mentioned the Perilli tire as I had them on my car and they are super for sporty driving on curves and corners, but not for a SUV, but they wear out at 20k miles and are very noisey. I had the Primacy tires on my BMW car and they were super and I got 50k miles on them also, and I drive sporty. So, as of today the Primacy-ZP run flat tire is our choice.

I bought a new 2023 BMW 540iX sedan and these Goodyear run-flat tires came standard on this car. I experienced a sidewall tear on the left front tire after having put just 1500 miles on the car. Just like others who have described it - the tear happened just where the sidewall meets the tread compound. Goodyear was of no help and neither was the dealer - so I had it replaced with a Continental run-flat tire (I put that on the rear axle and moved the left rear to the left front so that I had similar tires on the front axle) - so far I have not had any further issues with the tire except for that tear. BMW recommends 38-40 lbs of pressure and with that, it feels like you're riding on stone (think of Fred Flintstone and his car) - if you lower the pressure to increase ride comfort, the TPM monitor sounds an alarm, so you're caught between a rock and a hard place. When these tires wear out, I will be replacing them with Michelins or Continentals that are non-run-flat. I bought a small doughnut spare wheel and tire (I keep it in the trunk) and that should be enough if I ever have a flat. I'm not impressed with the performance of these tires - they do not have much traction in the ice and snow - luckily in the Chicago area we do not get a lot of snow (the last 10 winters we have been averaging about 30 to 40 inches), but it does get cold and with these tires you feel every crack and crevice in the pavement. With about 5000 miles on the car, it seems like about 30% of the tread has been used up (so am thinking I'll get about 20K on this set of tires) - there are several tires that outperform this one and are cheaper to boot.

Absolute worst set of tires, and surprisingly, they're the most expensive option. I got these ugly tires from the previous owner and I believe they were stock. I drove my car for more then 2 years in MA, closer to Worcester area, when winters are more harsh than in Boston. I've experienced at least 3 critical situations on light-medium snow, 1 time car rolled a few feet when was on "P" and brake. Noisy tires, no ride comfort at all, BMW recommends to inflate them to 38-39 PSI, this is just insane, you can feel every bug on the road, forget about it if you want to mercy your suspension and set them back to 32-33, especially with MA roads. Worcester has a lot of hills, just don't drive out when it's icy, 0 points for icy conditions, I nearly crashed on light ice, it's good that I'm Ukrainian and used to such a situations and know how to handle a lost traction. It's super stressful to rely on them during the winter. Wet conditions can't offer anything better, the traction is somewhat OK, but aquaplaning is so annoying, don't expect to drive quicker than 65 miles when the roads are flooded. Just don't buy them, I wouldn't take them even for free.

Terrible, terrible tires. Noisy, very stiff, poor grip, they ruin the experience of driving a BMW. They tear easily with any pothole, and there are many in NY, develop bubbles and the thread wears rapidly. I have changed 3 tires within one year due to failure. As they wear they become noisy and unbalanced, the steering wheel vibrates. I had the same tires on my prior car, a 535i XDrive: 4 tire failures within two winters, one cracked rim. The tires are so stiff that any hole in the road is felt as if someone hammered the chassis. Time to change and get rid of this garbage. I am switching to Michelin, non run flat. The technology is not ready for prime time, and the LS2s are the worst among run flats. What is unconscionable is that BMW insists on fitting its cars with run flat tires and, worse, with LS2s. They should read reviews and realize that it's time to ditch them for tires that actually perform like they should on a BMW.
