I was most impressed with the wet road handling and tire life...
I have these tires on a Scion TC Coupe. My TC has an extremely tight Suspension for cornering but soft ride the Kumo tire work great, better than the Bridgestone Potenza that where on the TC when I purchased it new.I was most impressed with the wet road handling and tire life. The best tires I have had. I also have kumo's on my G35 Infinity coupe. I live in the mountain over looking a valley and the roads interesting.
you won't be unhappy with these tires.

...They have excellent traction and adhesion in the rain...
These tires replaced a set of Michelin MXV tires. They have excellent traction and adhesion in the rain. Good traction in the snow as well. An excellent value for the money, especially considering they cost almost half what the Michelins cost.

Fantastic tires, especially at this price! We recently had torrential rain and while driving through 1-2 inches of standing water, these tires performed flawlessly. Their speed rating is W, so the cornering isn't as good as more expensive tires but I got tired of replacing performance tires after 20-30k miles. Definitely would recommend them.

...With Subaru's AWD and these tires, I have never had better traction in my life for winter driving. Amazing starting traction, great stopping traction, and so far, wear has been perfect. Good for dry and wet conditions, but most impressive for winter driving.
The car came with P6's and they were ok. I replaced them with Kumhos and the diff. was incredible. Quiet, extremely smooth, incredible. Bumps that used to make the car rattle do nothing now. Smooth and luxurious. No kidding. Saab would sell more cars if they were on the 93's for the test drive. The car rides like a cadillac.

I bought these tires after getting tired of replacing the Michelin OEM tires for this car year after about 10k miles. The difference was immediate when I made the switch. The car handled like it was a brand new car. It was quiet, responsive in rain and dry weather and during the Winter, I drove with confidence.
I bought these in September 2010 and am now ready to replace them (with the exact same make and model tires) in the first week of October 2014. Excellent, Excellent tires.

...Dry traction is terrific for my spirited heavy foot...
This tire blew me away. AWESOME ride! I noticed the moment I drove from the installers how quiet they were. My rating does not reflect winter driving but I will update that when it gets here. Dry traction is terrific for my spirited heavy foot. Wet traction is great too, but with a 6.0...traction will always be an issue with any tire. I could not have been happier with this tire...until a few days ago. I got a steering wheel shake and figured the tires were out of balance. NO big deal it happens a lot with these 18 rims on these cars. The technician said he needed 10 oz of weight to balance the right front!!! That is waaaay too much. So I figured it must be out of round or there is really something wrong with it. Well to my amazement, I contacted Tire Rack that evening and the next day they had a new tire on the way. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! My next set of tires will come from them no question. I cannot compliment and thank Tire Rack enough for their awesome support and assistance. As for the tires...I LOVE them!

...Cornering is on par with the Goodyear on dry roads...
Better than the O.E. Goodyear Eagle RS-A. Great ride comfort & reduced tire road noise especially on freeways going at 80mph. Cornering is on par with the Goodyear on dry roads. Haven't tested in wet conditions yet as its currently summer in SoCal. Can't say anything on the tread ware as the tires are relatively new. May do another review later on in the winter or spring to address tread ware and traction control on wet roads.

...The dry traction is exactly what you would expect from a performance tire...
When I was looking to buy a set of tires, I must honestly say Kumho was not at the top of my list. I had purchased a set of Kumho Ecsta ASX for my 1991 Mazda MX6 GT and unfortunately they did not fare well for the kind of driving that vehicle endured. They were basically destroyed within 20k. So, now that I purchased this current vehicle as a commuter to and from work, I needed a tire that would withstand a little aggression but also be very well mannered on the highway. I read review after review and my final decision was to give Kumho another chance with these. I must say, for a Z-rated (W in my case) all season tire, these are quite possibly some of the best tires I have ever driven on. The dry traction is exactly what you would expect from a performance tire, the highway qualities are exactly what you would expect from a grand touring tire, and the winter traction is exactly what you would expect from an all-season tire. Kumho hit the nail on the head with these tires! After 11000 miles, I still have 95% tread left (they barely look worn!) Now, I am absolutely anal about my alignment and tire pressures, so I'm sure that plays a big part. I could definitely see these tires going easily to 60-70k if someone was willing to drive them to the wear bars, but that is never recommended. I also drive a heavy sedan like it's a sports car (it has upgraded suspension, brakes, engine and transmission) so for these tires to hold the road the way they do in all the slop we get in New England and our horrible roadways, I suggest these tires to anyone. I will definitely purchase them again!

...They're ok for city driving, not as good a control as OEM summer, it's expected... Will swap them out soon after a year of bad driving experience and vibrating hands and wrists...
these tires r not to be used on 08 G35S with staggered sports setup. I've been to the garage and dealership 5 times to get them balanced and can not. TR even replaced the 1st pair. The problem is above 70mph with shimmy in steering wheel and vehicle shakes, the vibration can be felt throughout the car and the passenger seat gives visual vibration. As some reviewers pointed out, these tires will pull the RWD according to road crown. On 3 lane highways it pulls to the left in the passing lane and vise-versa in the left lane. TR agent suggest I get the tires turned, tried and didn't make a difference. Even had dealer balance them using Hunter road force machines, useless. They're ok for city driving, not as good a control as OEM summer, it's expected. Will swap them out soon after a year of bad driving experience and vibrating hands and wrists. However, the tread barely went down in 30K miles.

...So when i mounted them ( didnt get the wheels balance) i was like omg its such a rough ride but after the break in period they are so smooth and so comfy. When i hit the bumps tho (i live in nyc and our roads arent the smoothes) i feel it...
I bought these tires to replace the Kumho Ecstas i had when i got my 18 inch rims from my brother. Well when i bought the tires i was expecting to feel every bump on the road since i was going 3 inches up on the tire. So when i mounted them ( didnt get the wheels balance) i was like omg its such a rough ride but after the break in period they are so smooth and so comfy. When i hit the bumps tho (i live in nyc and our roads arent the smoothes) i feel it. We had a mini snow storm maybe bout 3- 5 inches the tire went righ thtorugh the snow no problem yet i did slide a lil down Park Ave.
Cornering sturdiness is awesome.... on my 205-70/15 tires i felt the car start to give on sharp turns. With these they are extremly tough and hug and stick to the road like a glue. If nething they increased the handling of my almost 20 year old luxury sedan.
Overall great tire will recommend the tire for ppl who care mostly about comfort then speed then again my car aint a luxury sport sedan and cant test it at high speeds. Very Smooth tire just seems to keep breaking itself in. couldnt be more well pleased with a tire made by Kumho. Great quality for the price of the tire. Thanks TIRE RACK!!!

I've put on 36,000 miles since November 2011 and my tires still look healthy, with that it has about 7-8/32 left on tread. I've driven through all changes from the four seasons, and for the average driver, a set of these Khumho LX platinum should be do the job. And the two things I like most about these tires are the fact that it is quiet and tread life is great.
Note: I rotate these tires roughly at every 8,000 miles

...And overnight the sidewalls deform and feel like you have a flat spot for a couple of miles till it all straitens back out...
These tires are a fairly good all around tire, they have good forward grip, wet traction has predictable break away. The biggest problem with these tires is the sidewalls, they are some of the softest or weakest I've felt in a very long time, my Civic being all of 2400lbs shouldn't make these tires feel like bias-ply on the road. I refuse to be behind semi's because the turbulence coming off the trailer pushes the car back and forth on the sidewalls something fierce. The soft sidewalls also allows the tires to tram-line something fierce. And overnight the sidewalls deform and feel like you have a flat spot for a couple of miles till it all straitens back out. Pretty much if the sidewalls were beefed up it would be a great tire. But because of them every aspect of performance of the tire is lessened. Any confidence in the tire is shaken by the fact that they squiggle and deflect so much at the sidewall.
