Kumho  Majesty 9 Solus TA91

This is my 2nd set of these tires on this car & are by far the best tires for the price of any tires I have ever purchased. I put 50,000 miles on the first set & they still had alot of tread left when I replaced them with the current set. The treadlife is the main reason I purchased the 2nd set, but the performance is a big factor as well! They are GREAT on wet roads. I have had ZERO problems with these tires & will continue using them as long as they are available. I have purchased them for use on another family car also.

Contrary to another review, I found that traction in wet conditions is very good. I have a rear drive with high horsepower in Florida and no problem in rainy season.

I wanted a quiet, smooth riding tire with excellent wet handling performance. I believe I found that in this tire. Very quiet and smooth riding compared to the Continentals they replaced and wet handling is very good. Only 1000+ miles on them so I can't comment on durability but in all other aspects this is a very nice tire imo…at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Great tire, I live in Western WA and we just had a mix of rain snow and ice over the past week. these tires griped in all 3 just better than some tires grip dry. They do have some extra road noise but that is to be expected on a lower profile tire.

Pretty good tires for the price. Good wet, great dry and average light snow traction, but that's not what they are made for, but with awd will not leave you stranded in the ditch in winter. Noise level is pretty decent compare to the stock tires. Definitely recommend these if you don't drive much in snow or have separate set of winter tires.

Got these tires and a set of ST8 18" wheels as a winter setup to supplement the cars 19" Michelin PS4 summer performance tires. For a taller sidewall these Kumho's are rigid enough to handle spirited cornering. Dry traction is less than the OEM set but they're also rated for twice the miles. Ride is indistinguishable from the OEM's. I've got under 500 miles on them but so far I'm very pleased with them.

I love my car. 178000 miles. But it eats tires. I’ve had my car for 10 years. I’m on the seventh set of tires before buying the Khumo. The most mileage I ever got out of a set of tires was 23,000 miles, with the Khumo Majesty I have gotten 40,000 miles. Very very good for my car. They ride very comfortably. They have great dry and wet traction and I have enjoyed having these on my car.

Vehicle is a sub compact SUV 2021 Kia Seltos SX AWD 1.6L 4cyl Turbo.
The tire is affordable and looks above its class.

The tire gives the Kia Seltos a good comfortable sure footed ride with one exception is when going fast around a exit ramp that has those large multiple expansion joints and it gets a little uneasy or jittery but still controllable. Other than that it is quiet, has very good dry and wet road handling and stops the the Seltos from 60 to 0 in 120' on dry pavement.

It is not a performance tire but a very good touring / Highway All-Season tire. I wish I could give you some feedback about its snow performance but got the tires just after the last snow of the year here in Ohio. The tire is manufactured in Korea.

Only 1900 miles so far, however they produce very low noise, takes bumps very well, all around handling is very good. No winter driving so far. Very Satisfied so far.

Tires are performing great as I drive daily @ 50 miles or less. I love the comfort of a smooth ride!!

I bought these to replace a set of OEM Michelin tires which did give me 52,000 miles but made for a very noisy and uncomfortable ride. I decided to try a different way of tire shopping and Tire Rack rather than the high priced dealers in my area and Tire Rack did not disappoint! I wound up purchasing a set of Kumho Majesty 9 Solus TA91 XL tires after reading the reviews and watching some video reviews on Youtube. Not only are these tires budget minded but they are so much quieter and ride 100% better than the Michelin tires that they replaced at less than half the cost. I selected a local PepBoys to do the install and the whole process from purchase to delivery to install could not have been any easier! I am so happy with the Whole Tire Rack experience that you have earned my tire business for all my tire purchases from now on! I know how most people rely on customer reviews to help decide about making a purchase on big ticket items so I can tell you now if you don't want to spend a ton of money to get a premium tire ride, purchase a set of these tires as they will make you enjoy driving your vehicle again and still have money in your pocket when finished.

Tires did great. They provided the great wet weather traction that I wanted and have worn well.

The tires handle well and are much quieter than the originals. I have no problems and they are actually better than I expected considering the tread wear rating is more than twice that of the original tires. If they ast as long as the tread wear rating implies, I'll use them again.

These tires are quiet and smooth. The treadwear has been great so far. I have been very happy with this choice.
