The Agilis CrossClimate is Michelin's Highway All-Season tire developed for the drivers of delivery vans, work trucks and multi-purpose vehicles who need a durable tire that can endure high-stress use, including heavy loads and rough conditions. Available in heavy-duty, LT-metric and Euro-metric Commercial Vehicle (designated by the suffix C, not to be confused with LT-metric Load Range C) sizes, Agilis CrossClimate tires are designed to be used under load and to provide confident dry and wet traction. The LT sizes of these tires meet industry severe snow service requirements for the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol and can be considered all-weather tires.
Agilis CrossClimate tires mold an all-season compound into a symmetric pattern for LT-metric sizes or a directional pattern for Euro-metric Commercial Vehicle sizes. Both tread patterns utilize Michelin's StabiliBlok Technology, which provides wider and longer tread blocks to manage heat and withstand the high torque loads delivered by commercial vehicles. SipeLock technology delivers hundreds of biting edges for wet and snow traction while helping to maintain tread block stability for handling and improved wear, and CurbGard Sidewall Protectors help resist damage from curbs in tight, urban environments. Deep lateral grooves and open shoulder slots evacuate water from the footprint for hydroplaning resistance, while independent tread blocks and sipes combine for confident light snow traction.
The internal construction of the Agilis CrossClimate is focused on durability under load. A robust, two-ply polyester casing supports two heavy-duty steel belts (3 steel belts in 235/65R16C and 225/75R16C sizes). A polyamide reinforcement ply helps control the contact patch and further enhances durability.
Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol may provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

Bought these tires because of their great wet and snow traction ratings. I often drive in heavy rain and will need to travel in to snow country during the winter season. Impressed with how quiet and comfortable the tires ride. Always trust Michelin to produce a top of the line tire. Well done!

...They are excellent on dry roads, excellent on wet roads, excellent in light snow, and excellent in deep (12 inches) snow... Accelerating hard from a stop on dry, accelerating hard from a stop on wet, accelerating hard from a stop on snowy roads the tires grip well... I can make it slide on solid ice, but not in snow or not on wet roads...
I have this tire mounted on a Cheve Express AWD passenger van with a 7300 lb. GVWR. These tires are amazing. They are excellent on dry roads, wet roads, light snow, and deep (12 inches) snow. Fantastic grip in snow. I drive hard. These tires really surprised me. Accelerating hard from a stop on dry, wet, snowy roads the tires grip well. The only time the traction control activated was when accelerating hard on icy road (black ice). Braking is also excellent. I can make it slide on solid ice, but not in snow or on wet roads. The only negative thing about these tires is that you do feel the road bumps. These tires offer little cushioning of road imperfections. However, they are not as bad in this respect as the previous tires I had on the vehicle ... Goodyear Wrangler Trailrunner AT. So these Agilis CrossClimate are an improvement. The ride hardness does not really bother me because traction under all conditions is more important to me in this vehicle.
I only have about 3000 miles on these so far; so they are still new. I am anxious to see how they perform after 50,000 miles.

...The steering response was unreal, turned my van into a go cart... They were definitely better than the stock Conti VanCo four seasons... The CC's wear very well, have excellent dry handling, very good wet handling, do just fine on gravel...
I purchased these in Nov 2020. Mine had the 3peak mountain snowflake symbol and have been recalled. If you have these, you have until Oct 2024 to have them replaced for free by Michelin. Google it, easy to find, and was hassle free. That said, it's too bad. The steering response was unreal, turned my van into a go cart. At first it was too sensitive but I got used to it. The tire wears like iron. 37k miles and I was at about 60% remaining per the built in wear indicators. Northern MN resident and the snow traction was ok. Bear in mind my van is a one wheel wonder, no limited slip, so I didn't expect a snow monster to emerge after installation. They were definitely better than the stock Conti VanCo four seasons, which were horrible in the snow. I got stuck on flat ground with them once in an inch of snow! The CC's wear very well, have excellent dry handling, very good wet handling, do just fine on gravel, are ok in lighter snow, but are a tad noisy. They also follow crack repairs or the road edge fairly aggressively. I only replaced them, and found out about the recall, because my teenager was driving and had a blowout. What's the TPMS light mean dad? Doh! I truly believe someone tampered with it at school because I NEVER had a pressure issue before. Road trips to CA and TN, thousands of miles, -25 to +118 degrees, through the mountains and all the switchbacks and braking, potholes....no issues ever and very, very little pressure change ever. If you live south of any major snow and don't mind a bit of road noise, these tires will serve you very well. I imagine on a 4WD/AWD snow traction would be all right also, especially with limited slip diffs in that 4WD. I would have had them installed as my replacement but they weren't available for several months, couldn't wait. Got the Toyo Celsius Cargo and they are quiet, surprisingly good in the snow so far, but the turn in is vague compared to the CC's. Also considered Nokian but I was worried about wear. Hope this helps.

Most customers rate winter traction highly, with many 9s and 10s for snow and deep snow. Ice traction scores are mostly 7-10, though a few lower ratings note occasional challenges on ice. Overall, strong all-season winter performance.

Put these on my work van. Rides great and these have really good traction for winter. Impressed, good all around tire, only have about 10k on them don’t seem to be wearing too bad. Only complaint is they’re a little on the noisy side especially when turning.

After 3 snowfalls in a row, I've had plenty of chances to see how these tires compare to the originals. Much better grip in the snow/ice. Driving across undeveloped land for work is also way better. They do eat about 3-5% more gas than the originals, but it's a good insurance policy.

It's a nice load range e tire that worked surprising well plowing snow. My previous truck had dedicated winter tires (Blizzaks from Tire Rack) for plowing and these all weather tires are almost as good. A minor complaint: I was pulling a medium size trailer on a wet lawn & I did get stuck in some mud. The tires clogged with mud & the treads didn't seem to expel the mud. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. A final though as a non-commercial buyer - I have purchased many tires from Tire Rack over the years & it would be nice if you gave repeat buyers an extra discount.

...They show limited wear and hang in the corners much better than the Goodyear and Firestone products, particularly in winter weather...
Can't say enough about these tires. Very well made, versatile and durable. Quiet, smooth and have kept their balance, which is unusual for truck tires. I keep them at 60# when lightly loaded. Crank it up to 75# when heavy. Have commuted a half dozen times between Idaho and New Mexico, on freeway, two-lane highways and horribly rough back roads, generally at speeds between 65 and 90 mph. They show limited wear and hang in the corners much better than the Goodyear and Firestone products, particularly in winter weather. Given that they're a highway tread, I haven't pushed them much into mud or sand, but quite often on rocky, ranch single tracks. No issues at all. I'll put another set on if these ever wear out.

Unbeatable for commercial driving. I've had these on a Sprinter used for expedite work. With proper rotation and maintained alignment they last 100k plus. Without rotation the rear tires go 70-80k and the fronts will last indefinitely (I'm at 140k on one pair and still going, even through they have spent the last 20k in the rear). Since they are fairly worn and winter driving season is here I'm replacing the whole set and giving these to a friend of mine who stays down south doing medical delivery.
Winter traction is outstanding if driven properly. Wet and dry traction also excellent. I never take these off road other than the occasional dirt or gravel road but for me they have done fine in those situations. I wouldn't compare these to an actually AT or MT tire though. They are quiet when new but do develop some noise as they age.

...Customers report impressive dry traction performance: "The van punched thru the puddle without issue and there was zero hydroplanning, loss of traction, or loss of stability. I could feel the impact of the puddle, and could hear the tires crunch through the thin ice layer yet no loss of compliance or expected understeer given the we were amid decent corner...instead the vehicle remained poised as if nothing happened...this really caught me by surprise...a double one."
Got these to help transition seasons for hwy miles over mountain passes to save the stud life of my Nokian Hakka 9SUVs. On our first trip we hit a huge puddle with an ice-layer and chunkies of floating snow (spring-run-off and re-freeze). It was on a slight corner as we passed a semi-trailer at 60+ mph [105kph].
The van punched thru the puddle without issue and there was zero hydroplanning, loss of traction, or loss of stability. I could feel the impact of the puddle, and could hear the tires crunch through the thin ice layer yet no loss of compliance or expected understeer given the we were amid decent corner...instead the vehicle remained poised as if nothing happened...this really caught me by surprise...a double one. We didn't see the puddle coming due to the corner, dusk, and semis (one we passed and another oncoming on a divided hwy with jersey barrier) so got some headlight blindness at the wrong moment, so we felt the puddle at the same moment we saw it.
Would definitely buy again based on this single moment. We could have been a pinball if we had just installed a new set of OEM Michelin Defender XT tires just like the van was sold with (they wore out and we picked these to replace!
I can't wait to try them on FSR gravel roads now!

...huge difference in comfort and quietness for the better...
So glad I picked these tires for my 1500 Eco-Diesel. I intentionally bought a slightly larger profile (LT275/65r20) versus OEM (LT275/60r20). No change in accelleration, but huge difference in comfort and quietness for the better. They work fine for my light off-road usage, although I haven't done anything too aggressive that most any other tire couldn't handle.

Replaced the oem Goodyear Wrangler SRAs with less than 5k miles on them—I couldn’t take it any more. These Michelins were a gamechanger. My truck now has responsive steering and a much smoother ride. And no balancing issues like the Goodyears.
These have been great so far on dry, wet, and through a Colorado snow storm in March. Hoping this experience continues as they age.

...almost silent. They were also very comfortable for a load range E tire...
Coming off 33" M&S tires, these Michelins seem almost silent. They were also very comfortable for a load range E tire. Qualify that last statement for only going 1000 miles in an unloaded Dodge 2500 diesel... I also noticed the steering wander developing in my Dodge, that was completely masked by the M&S tires...
So far only 1000 miles, so not much real testing yet, but they spent that time cruising freeways of the CA desert at temperatures of 110 and up and always felt controlled, with good steering feedback that made crossing Tehachapi (going south) and Grapevine (going north) feel controlled and safe. The smooth quiet ride was also much appreciated cruising HWY 5 for hours...

...Have towed a 5th wheel over 15,000 miles and these tires are very stable and the tread wears like iron...
These are fantastic tires. Have towed a 5th wheel over 15,000 miles and these tires are very stable and the tread wears like iron. Have towed from Colorado to Florida hitting heavy rain, snow, ice, mud, rocks, dirt, sand (basically every situation a truck tire can see) and these tires never missed a beat. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a super solid truck tire.

...Bought them in Virginia, drove them in Florida for a year, then hauled across the country to Utah and they've now come to end of life in Houston...
Put these tires on our RAM 3500 SRW to tow our fifth wheel around the country. No complaints on the performance of the tire. Drove through lots of rain and never hydroplaned. Ride as well towing vs unhitched. Went through some dirt roads in Utah and they performed as expected. The tires aren't meant for off road performance, but they did fine. They could handle anything the truck could. Didn't have any punctures or blowouts with these tires. Bought them in Virginia, drove them in Florida for a year, then hauled across the country to Utah and they've now come to end of life in Houston. Never drove them through any significant amount of snow or ice, but definitely had some slushy roads in March in Utah. I'd definitely recommend these for heavy highway use and towing. If you're looking for combination highway and off road tire, you'll probably want something with more aggressive tread.

This purchase replaced the previous version of this tire on the front wheels of a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 based RV. I’ll purchase the same tire when it’s time to replace the four rear tires.
