Does this tire fit your vehicle?

Tires are designed specifically for different vehicles and wheel sizes. Tell us about your vehicle or the specific size you want so we can help find the right tires for you.

The Agilis CrossClimate is Michelin's Highway All-Season tire developed for the drivers of delivery vans, work trucks and multi-purpose vehicles who need a durable tire that can endure high-stress use, including heavy loads and rough conditions. Available in heavy-duty, LT-metric and Euro-metric Commercial Vehicle (designated by the suffix C, not to be confused with LT-metric Load Range C) sizes, Agilis CrossClimate tires are designed to be used under load and to provide confident dry and wet traction. The LT sizes of these tires meet industry severe snow service requirements for the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol and can be considered all-weather tires.

Agilis CrossClimate tires mold an all-season compound into a symmetric pattern for LT-metric sizes or a directional pattern for Euro-metric Commercial Vehicle sizes. Both tread patterns utilize Michelin's StabiliBlok Technology, which provides wider and longer tread blocks to manage heat and withstand the high torque loads delivered by commercial vehicles. SipeLock technology delivers hundreds of biting edges for wet and snow traction while helping to maintain tread block stability for handling and improved wear, and CurbGard Sidewall Protectors help resist damage from curbs in tight, urban environments. Deep lateral grooves and open shoulder slots evacuate water from the footprint for hydroplaning resistance, while independent tread blocks and sipes combine for confident light snow traction.

The internal construction of the Agilis CrossClimate is focused on durability under load. A robust, two-ply polyester casing supports two heavy-duty steel belts (3 steel belts in 235/65R16C and 225/75R16C sizes). A polyamide reinforcement ply helps control the contact patch and further enhances durability.

Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol may provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

Living in Ea NC we get very little frozen precipitation, but a pretty good amount of rain. I've been happy with wet traction. What little frozen precipitation we do get these tires handle it quite well.

Road noise is minimal, but my truck is a diesel and hearing road noise over the engine is hard.

What an amazing difference with these tires. We were fortunate to have received snow recently and these tires showed their true potential. I felt very comfortable driving in the snow, slush, and generally rotten conditions. This was definitely a great addition to my Chevy 2500. These tires at highly recommended. We also had an opportunity to pull a 8000lb travel trailer. Much more stable than the original tires. Thank you Tirerack for your recommendation.

...Winter traction is outstanding if driven properly...

Unbeatable for commercial driving. I've had these on a Sprinter used for expedite work. With proper rotation and maintained alignment they last 100k plus. Without rotation the rear tires go 70-80k and the fronts will last indefinitely (I'm at 140k on one pair and still going, even through they have spent the last 20k in the rear). Since they are fairly worn and winter driving season is here I'm replacing the whole set and giving these to a friend of mine who stays down south doing medical delivery.

Winter traction is outstanding if driven properly. Wet and dry traction also excellent. I never take these off road other than the occasional dirt or gravel road but for me they have done fine in those situations. I wouldn't compare these to an actually AT or MT tire though. They are quiet when new but do develop some noise as they age.

...The steering response was unreal, turned my van into a go cart. At first it was too sensitive but I got used to it... have excellent dry handling...

I purchased these in Nov 2020. Mine had the 3peak mountain snowflake symbol and have been recalled. If you have these, you have until Oct 2024 to have them replaced for free by Michelin. Google it, easy to find, and was hassle free. That said, it's too bad. The steering response was unreal, turned my van into a go cart. At first it was too sensitive but I got used to it. The tire wears like iron. 37k miles and I was at about 60% remaining per the built in wear indicators. Northern MN resident and the snow traction was ok. Bear in mind my van is a one wheel wonder, no limited slip, so I didn't expect a snow monster to emerge after installation. They were definitely better than the stock Conti VanCo four seasons, which were horrible in the snow. I got stuck on flat ground with them once in an inch of snow! The CC's wear very well, have excellent dry handling, very good wet handling, do just fine on gravel, are ok in lighter snow, but are a tad noisy. They also follow crack repairs or the road edge fairly aggressively. I only replaced them, and found out about the recall, because my teenager was driving and had a blowout. What's the TPMS light mean dad? Doh! I truly believe someone tampered with it at school because I NEVER had a pressure issue before. Road trips to CA and TN, thousands of miles, -25 to +118 degrees, through the mountains and all the switchbacks and braking, potholes....no issues ever and very, very little pressure change ever. If you live south of any major snow and don't mind a bit of road noise, these tires will serve you very well. I imagine on a 4WD/AWD snow traction would be all right also, especially with limited slip diffs in that 4WD. I would have had them installed as my replacement but they weren't available for several months, couldn't wait. Got the Toyo Celsius Cargo and they are quiet, surprisingly good in the snow so far, but the turn in is vague compared to the CC's. Also considered Nokian but I was worried about wear. Hope this helps.

...They show limited wear and hang in the corners much better than the Goodyear and Firestone products, particularly in winter weather...

Can't say enough about these tires. Very well made, versatile and durable. Quiet, smooth and have kept their balance, which is unusual for truck tires. I keep them at 60# when lightly loaded. Crank it up to 75# when heavy. Have commuted a half dozen times between Idaho and New Mexico, on freeway, two-lane highways and horribly rough back roads, generally at speeds between 65 and 90 mph. They show limited wear and hang in the corners much better than the Goodyear and Firestone products, particularly in winter weather. Given that they're a highway tread, I haven't pushed them much into mud or sand, but quite often on rocky, ranch single tracks. No issues at all. I'll put another set on if these ever wear out.

...They're much quieter than any other tire I've had on this truck...

I've always had good luck with Michelin all-season tires, and these seem to continue the trend. They're much quieter than any other tire I've had on this truck, and I anticipate good tread longevity. Any 3/4 ton pickup is a heavy machine that chews up tires, but Michelin tires last longer than other brands I've tried.

These are fantastic tires. Have towed a 5th wheel over 15,000 miles and these tires are very stable and the tread wears like iron. Have towed from Colorado to Florida hitting heavy rain, snow, ice, mud, rocks, dirt, sand (basically every situation a truck tire can see) and these tires never missed a beat. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a super solid truck tire.

Second set of these tires. Expect to get same results as the last set. 65,000 out of the first set. Tire Rack cheapest I have found. Why I continue to purchase through them. Only issue I’ve found with Tire Rack was the warranty process. Used it once and it was a bit cumbersome. that being said, I would recommend Tire Rack and the Cross Climates. Good tires, quick delivery and a good price.
