The Latitude Tour HP is Michelin's Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season light truck tire developed for the drivers of premium crossover and sport utility vehicles. Used as Original Equipment by Acura, BMW, Lexus, Porsche and others, Latitude Tour HP tires are designed to combine comfort, handling and all-season traction, even in light snow.

The Latitude Tour HP features an all-season tread compound molded into a symmetric pattern that helps balance dry, wet and wintertime traction. Stable shoulder blocks and a continuous center rib boost responsiveness and highway stability, while wide circumferential grooves help resist hydroplaning and 2-D Active Sipes improve handling in rain and snow.

The tire's internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced with Michelin FAZ Technology (Filament At Zero degrees) that winds polyester and aramid/nylon cords spirally under the tread area to provide a stable feel and crisp steering, while polyester cord reinforced sidewalls enhance ride quality.

Note: While Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season light truck tires offer all-season versatility including traction in light snow, tire sizes featuring extremely wide tread widths may limit the traction this type of tire can provide in deep snow.

*Specific sizes featuring Green X technology are identified as such on the Sizes tab, as well as on the tire's Specs tab.

Customers Say

Feedback patterns show the Michelin Latitude Tour HP excels in comfort, with many ratings in the 8-10 range for smooth, quiet rides. Treadwear receives strong praise for longevity from most users, though some note rapid wear in certain conditions. Winter traction is generally reliable for light snow, though a few report reduced confidence in extreme cold. Wet performance shines with consistent 8-10 scores for grip and hydroplaning resistance. Dry traction stands out as a highlight, with near-perfect ratings for responsive handling. While most categories show excellent all-season capability, treadwear variability and occasional winter limitations suggest prioritizing typical crossover/SUV use over harsh conditions.

Great tire! Very quiet and comfortable ride on the highway. Traction is better than than my old Yokohama Geolanders on wet roads with virtually no hydroplaning. The tires required almost no weight to balance. Michelin builds a great tire.

...Very good traction in rain, snow and dry...

Replaced the OEM Continentals with Lattitudes on my Honda CRV. At 50k miles there is still 75% tire life left. My last set of Michelin's on an older CRV gave me over 80k miles. Very good traction in rain, snow and dry. Also a very quiet tire. All my NON-OEM Michelin tires have lasted to over 80k miles. Best tires made. I think some folks here are confusing this tire with a similar named Michelin OEM. All tire makers do this. They use the same name but a different model number on OEM tires. It's confusing, but car maker's give them a budget and OEM tires are usually very cheaply made. So, the tires you paid $700 for are NOT the same as the OEM tire, even though the name is the same. The exact model number is different. Don't be confused.

59,000 miles and the tread is at 5/32nd. Amazing tire, handles great. Great wear. Handles great in snow and wet. Would buy this tire again. Rotated every other oil change. Not happy to have to replace 2 due to metal in one tire.

...traction in snow outstanding!...

I recently purchased a set of (4) Michelin Latitude Tour, T rated tires. These tires replace the original equipment tires (Continental CrossContact). I cannot believe the all around improvement this set of Michelins makes. Handling is now incredibly responsive, road noise greatly reduced (the Continental's were awful), traction in snow outstanding! These tires seem to float over most pot holes and bumps! I decided to spend the extra money on Michelin's because I love my Edge and new I'd hang on to it for a long time! I couldn't be happier with my Latitude Tours!

...I live in the Northeast and we have had a ton of snow here this winter. I was nervous when I purchased them that some other reviewers said they were bad in snow, but I must say, I find them excellent in snow and ice...

Purchased to replace Continentals that were excellent handling tires but got too noisy on the highway.

Bought the Latitudes because reviews said they were quiet. My experience is they are very quiet and my vehicle rides much smoother. They are great in the rain and good on dry payment. I live in the Northeast and we have had a ton of snow here this winter. I was nervous when I purchased them that some other reviewers said they were bad in snow, but I must say, I find them excellent in snow and ice. I do not know why the difference.

The Continentals I replaced with these latitudes were also excellent in snow so maybe it is my vehicle .

The only complaint I have is one I have seen in some other reviews and that is handling. The sidewalls of these are softer. When cornering around a interstate cloverleaf in particular, I notice more leaning and less control. This is not terrible just something to consider if it important to you. The payback in quiet and ride is worth the tradeoff to me.

I would buy these again without hesitation.Great Tires.

Good Luck and I hope this helps someone.

...The dry handling, ride comfort, and noise level have been improved significantly...

Just completed a 5000 mile road trip shortly after replacing the OEM Dunlop ST30's. The dry handling, ride comfort, and noise level have been improved significantly. The gas mileage on the trip was slightly less than expected, but the variation could have been due to many things other than the tires. Even if the decrease in mileage was due to the tires, the increase in performance would be well worth it. Did not have a lot of wet driving, and certainly not enough water on the road to have to worry about hydroplaning. Have not had them in any snow yet.

Recently replaced Bridgestone Deulers after 35,000 miles. Bridgestones had become a very rough, loud tire. While these Michelin's are new, and pricey, it's like driving on air. The ML350 is much more responsive w/ the Michelins. My number one priority is "quiet tire", as 95% of my driving is dry pavement. The Latitude Tour tires are very quiet.

I replaced Good Year OEM tires after 24,000 miles. The Michelin Latitudes are much quieter and ride much better as well. We notice that the Michelin tires require a warm-up period of 5-10 miles to get over a flat spot / vibration condition that appears to happen from being parked overnight. Other than this issue the Michelins made the Pilot drive like a whole new vehicle. I have not noticed any improvement in fuel economy from using the GREEN X LRR tire.

Outstanding! OEM on my wife's 2010 Buick Enclave. Got 60,000 out of them and they performed great. Live in NJ, so we have snow, ice, hills etc - no complaints at all from my wife, she never had any problems in the snow (although she's not one to go out in the deep snow if it can be avoided). Buying another set of the same to replace them.

These are the OEM tires. At 40k miles they read 6/32 evenly across tire width and on all 4 tires. Have given me a very assured feeling that I will get where I need too in city and on roads in metro of Mpls/St Paul, northern MN (including sub zero snowy winters) and on long distance road trips to Gulf Coast in high temp humidity. Hoping to get another 40k to change out before 3/32. Treadware was listed as 440.
