The Ventus V2 concept2 (H457) is Hankook's High Performance All-Season tire developed for the drivers of mid-level sports cars, sports coupes and performance sedans looking for dynamic styling and all-season performance. Designed to combine a cutting-edge appearance with responsive performance, the Ventus V2 concept2 delivers all-season traction in dry, wet and wintry conditions, even in light snow.

Ventus V2 concept2 tires feature a high-grip, silica-enhanced tread compound to combine all-season traction with lower rolling resistance that promotes vehicle fuel economy. This compound is molded into a directional tread design featuring a continuous center rib flanked by interlocking intermediate blocks and notched shoulders to increase steering response and braking performance. Four wide circumferential grooves and a V-shaped tread pattern help drain water from under the contact patch to resist hydroplaning and enhance wet traction while shoulder block notches, 3D intermediate tread blocks and engineered sipes increase the number of biting edges to promote foul-weather traction.

The tire's internal structure features two wide steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped, high-density nylon to aid in maintaining footprint contact pressure to enhance overall cornering and handling performance. High-hardness bead fillers in the sidewalls promote handling and steering response.

Michelin Primacy MXV4 Reviews

Ratings highlight excellence in comfort with a smooth, quiet ride (scores 9-10) and strong treadwear praised for longevity, though some note variability. Winter traction earns positive marks for light snow capability (7-8 range), but ice performance shows mixed results. Wet traction shines with reliable grip and hydroplaning resistance (8-10), while dry traction stands out as exceptional (9-10) for confident handling. ...I have to say this tire makes this Corolla on of the best handling and safest on ice and water tires I could ever want. I have owned 20+ cars over 40 years and these tires stick like glue while helping give 34 mpg all day long...

Amazing oem on my 2019 Toyota Corolla le. I've never ever been a fan of Michelin. I have to say this tire makes this Corolla on of the best handling and safest on ice and water tires I could ever want. I have owned 20+ cars over 40 years and these tires stick like glue while helping give 34 mpg all day long. I am a rideshare driver and log about 200 city/highway miles a day. I cannot comment on the treadwear yet and I am NOT a fanatic of rotations but i will try to rotate at least every 10k miles not the five suggested as I do it myself. I can tell you I've never been able to justify the Michelin premium pricing but after these I'm simply sticking with this model forever if they continue to make it. Awesome.

...Great tires in dry, wet, and snow conditions...

Happy with this purchase. What a difference when compared to the factory originals. Great tires in dry, wet, and snow conditions. Steering seems more crisp as well. Most of all: Comfort! Can't get over how quiet these tires are. On a decent road surface, significantly less road noise sometimes almost no road noise except the wind with the open sun roof. Pricing from Tire Rack: Very good as well.

...Road grip on wet conditions is good as well, havent driven much on snow except for some light flurries so cant comment on that...

Replaced OEM Continental with the Michelins and felt like driving a new car. Ride has been very smooth and quiet, this tire should be optional for OEM. Driven my car across multiple states on this tire and its absolutely fantastic, braking distance has improved from OEM. Road grip on wet conditions is good as well, havent driven much on snow except for some light flurries so cant comment on that. Overall am very happy with the tires, would definitely recommend this if you are in the market for new tires.

My 2019 came equipped with Hancook tires. What a joke. The hancook slid in rain a week after having them and 2 weeks hydroplaned on the freeway. Went in and changed tires. These were suggested. First snow and I did great. The Terrain stuck to the road and if there was no snow! Had to drive down many icy hills and these tires kept me on the road and safe. Much louder than my Hancook tires but I'll sacrifice noise for safety anyday. Great tire and worth the price.

...They provide excellent gas mileage, 39-40 highway ( better than the 37mpg estimate), confident ride and braking...

These were original equipment in 2014 and provided excellent service over 40,000 miles. They still had tread remaining but I decided it best to replace them after 10 years. They provide excellent gas mileage, 39-40 highway (better than the 37mpg estimate) , confident ride and braking. Definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to upgrade or replace their tires.

Really good tire! It came with my vehicle from the manufacturer. I’ve had them for 6 years and 62000 miles with plenty of tread still left on them. I’m going to replace them soon because of their age and as they are passed the recommended mileage. Without a doubt, they’ve been fantastic tires! Very smooth and quiet!
