Does this tire fit your vehicle?

Tires are designed specifically for different vehicles and wheel sizes. Tell us about your vehicle or the specific size you want so we can help find the right tires for you.

The Geolandar A/T G015 is Yokohama's On-Road All-Terrain tire developed for drivers of light trucks and SUVs looking for a tough and durable tire capable of withstanding off-road duty while providing long treadlife and light snow traction sufficient to earn the tire industry's severe snow service certification and three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol.

A chip- and tear-resistant Triple Polymer tread compound is molded into an aggressive, symmetric tread design to allow for easy cross-rotation and improved wear characteristics. Focus on the tread block pitch variation enhances comfort via reduced noise levels. The optimized tread pattern features deep circumferential grooves for water evacuation and hydroplaning resistance, with 3D sipes and lug grooves specifically shaped to increase the number of biting edges for all-season traction in light snow.

The tire's internal construction consists of two high-tensile steel belts on top of a two-ply polyester cord casing and a spirally-wrapped nylon reinforcement to blend stability with ride comfort.

Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol may provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

Good tire for all purpose use excellent traction in both wet and dry...

Good tire for all purpose use excellent traction in both wet and dry; as you approach the limits sidewalk flexibility becomes noticeable; the tires communicate changes in traction well. Not a track or autocross dedicated tire but if you’re driving it 7/10 most of the time with occasional bursts to 8.5/10 these are your tires. Can’t be beaten in value for dollar.

...Here in Georgia, there has been a lot of rain and I have not had any problems with driving in the rain...

The biggest reason I bought these tires is the price. I gave high ratings because other than road hazards, these tires have performed flawlessly. Here in Georgia, there has been a lot of rain and I have not had any problems with driving in the rain. Driving in dry weather is not a problem.

To me it is the best tire out there for wet and dry traction without spending big money. I just wish the tread width was wider for track and mountain riding. I also keep a spare set mounted for the Polaris Slingshot. I use the best set (tread wear) for the vacation/mountain riding

...Initially was going to use them for summer tires but they performed well in the snow...

I went with these tires for my golf r, mostly because of the affordability, but they actually surprised me how good they were. Initially was going to use them for summer tires but they performed well enough for me in the snow. I went with 235/40 18 instead of the recommended 225/40 18 to have more sidewall for spirited cornering on back roads and they have exceeded my expectations (for a wannabe rally driver). Very pleased with this purchase.

...They are good in snow especially up to 4 inches...

I’ve been using Ripken Raptors for over 10 years now. I love the price. They are good in snow especially up to 4 inches. Rain is a little different and at times I have had them slip at red lights when stopping or accelerating. Overall, this tire is a great buy for me!

...They ride nice, wear is excellent...

For the price point, these are outstanding tires. They are louder and not as responsive as P Zeros but I at this price point, I am extremely happy. They ride nice, wear is excellent. And they look great on the car.

...Tread wear has been what I would consider average...

A number of years ago, these tires were recommended to me by a tire tech at a Subaru dealership as the best lowest cost option for my Impreza Sport. I'm on my second set. For the money, I have no complaints. They are a little noisy and likely almost useless in ice and moderate snow. This is my secondary vehicle and I live on the Texas Gulf Coast, so snow and ice are not a major concern. Tread wear has been what I would consider average. I'm very happy with what I get for the money.
