The Hypertrac All Season is Vredestein's Ultra High Performance All-Season tire developed for drivers of sports cars, coupes, and powerful sedans who want high-speed capability and predictable handling in dry and wet conditions, combined with year-round performance, even in light snow.
The asymmetric tread design of the Hypertrac All Season utilizes a year-round compound, with wider outboard tread elements for quicker steering response and agile dry handling. The high void pattern and optimized groove design evacuates water from the contact patch, where a specially-tuned polymer blend compound helps maintain sure-footed wet performance. Zigzag sipes and other biting edges incorporated into the tread design further improve wet and snow traction.
Beginning in the 27th week of 2021, Vredestein updated the compound of the Hypertrac All Season in an effort to improve traction in the wet and snow. Though the benefits of the revised compound are best realized by installing a complete set of four tires on a vehicle, Vredestein has indicated tires with the new compound are mixable in any quantity with tires featuring the original compound.
Any Hypertrac All Season tire with a DOT TIN manufacture date of 2721 or later features the updated compound. For easy identification, the Original and Revised compound tires are identified with a clarifier on the Specs page and in the search results.
Internal construction of the Hypertrac All Season consists of a two-ply, polyester casing to provide a smooth, comfortable ride. Twin steel belts with a single polyamide reinforcement ply bolster high speed stability and promote responsive handling.

Overall they are early in use but have been pleased with them. I have run in auto select 4 wheel drive and have had no trouble getting around. Living in a snow belt area with an early heavy snow fall, the tires work surprisingly better than expected for not being a full on snow tire. Conditions ranged from hard pack, slushy to approximately 8 inches dense powder. Quiet and smooth riding with predictable response so far from dry, wet to snow. Time will tell as to wear but happy and hopeful they continue to please.

...I live in the Midwest, so it's typical for us to have ice, snow and rain, and these last few couple of weeks showed us all three elements. I was very comfortable driving in 8" of snow, even though I just stayed around town...
I’m so pleased with my Vredestein Pinza HT tires. My brother is a certified mechanic who refers his customers to Tirerack regularly and led me to them. I paid more for these vs the stock tires that my local tire company offered, but Vredestein had a great $140 rebate that I took advantage of, which went through seamlessly, and made the value worth it overall. I was even able to have the tires delivered to that tire shop to be put on; there were no issues at all. I’ll definitely buy these tires again. I can’t believe the difference I feel when on the road. I feel very safe driving under any conditions. I was especially curious how they’d do on wet surfaces, as I get nervous when it comes to hydroplaning. I can say they grip like nothing else I’ve driven. I live in the Midwest, so it’s typical for us to have ice, snow and rain, and these last few couple of weeks showed us all three elements. I was very comfortable driving in 8” of snow, even though I just stayed around town. Again, I’m just so pleased with this purchase and Tirerack was wonderful to do business with.

...Dry traction and corning is excellent...
These tires seem like they are going to last a long time. With the open side tread design they should be good in wet weather and avoid hydroplaning. Dry traction and corning is excellent. With the straight tread pattern the tires to track with the groves in the highway.

So far (although early) the tires have preformed excellent. Nice ride and good dry grip. We just took a 2700 mile trip and they were flawless. Not noisy. Crazy, but have not been in the rain yet. So far an excellent buy, especially for the price. This is my second set and I am well pleased.

...These tires were purchased as a result of very good experience with a set of Pinza ATs on my Tundra...same great features, low wear rate, great traction in dry, wet, snow and off-road (gravel) conditions, and low tire noise on highway...
The Pinzas have been a major improvement over the Firestone Destination LE3 previously on the vehicle as they were noisy. Have only put limited miles on them and with the dry weather we've been experiencing in eastern PA this fall (2024) hasn't provided the opportunity to drive in wet or snowy conditions. These tires were purchased as a result of very good experience with a set of Pinza ATs on my Tundra...same great features, low wear rate, great traction in dry, wet, snow and off-road (gravel) conditions, and low tire noise on highway. Price was very competitive on both sets too. Would definitely recommend the brand and model.
