The Pirelli P Zero Nero delivers strong wet traction, with most ratings between 8-10. Customers highlight confident grip and reliable hydroplaning resistance, though a few lower scores note occasional variability in extreme conditions. Overall performance aligns well with its all-season capabilities.

...It rains a ton here and they seem to do well in wet conditions also...
This is the second set of these I have had. The treadwear is just ok. Performance wise they are really solid. Smooth, quiet and handle well. Not sure if the foam insert does anything. My last set didn't have them. These might be slightly quieter. It rains a ton here and they seem to do well in wet conditions also.
Overall great tire and a pretty good price. Probably just as good as the more expensive options and way better than the cheaper options.

...They did exceptionally well in a downpour that lasted 130 miles on one trip, they were far more stable than I expected in the wet... now they are twitchy in the wet...
OE tires on my '19 Mustang GT with the factory optional 19-inch wheels, the car is mechanically bone stock. I only drive this car and it's predecessors in spring through fall, the vast majority of the time being road trips on freeways. I do want a performance all season tire, since I have been caught in the odd early or late snow or freezing rain, but I don't habitually drive it in winter. At under 10k miles, I was adequately pleased with them. They did exceptionally well in a downpour that lasted 130 miles on one trip, they were far more stable than I expected in the wet. However, as they age, you'll hate them. After 10k miles, I started noticing cabin noise and some decreased traction. By 20k miles it went from noticeable to obvious (previously I had a C5 Corvette, and by 20K miles the Mustang had more road noise than the C5 ever did). Now at 31k, they still have legal tread, but now they are twitchy in the wet, in the dry the traction control is needed with even moderate throttle, and are so freakin' loud that it sounds like a set of off-road 4x4 mudder tires are on it. I never had to swap out tires before the warranty on the vehicle expired on any of my cars or trucks, but will gladly ditch these and not go back to them (spoiler alert - not shopping for other Pirelli's). Even if my Ford dealer gave me a replacement set, I'd pass.

...performance on all road surfaces is very good to excellent and have never experienced any traction problems on dry, wet, light snow and ice or even deep snow...
Excellent tires for the Audi A8L especially with the NCS (Noise Cancellation System). The ride is excellent, performance on all road surfaces is very good to excellent and have never experienced any traction problems on dry, wet, light snow and ice or even deep snow. Wear is minimal after 11k miles, noise level is very low and handling is very good with all suspension options on the A8L. A few years ago, we were caught in a full on blizzard in the mountains of VA/WV in a very remote area. Between the Pirelli Nero Zeros and Audi Quattro, we never missed a beat. And our return trip was after at least 6-8 inches of deep snow had fallen with occasional drifts in excess of 12 inches. I would definitely buy these tires again.

Customers report reliable winter traction with many scoring 7-8 and several 9s-10s for snow/ice grip, showing confident performance in typical all-season conditions. While deep snow traction shows more variability, ratings align with expectations for an ultra-high performance all-season tire, with most drivers satisfied for intended use.

The way these handle in the snow and ice is better than my snow rated SUV tires that I used to have...
The purchase of the tires was something that I had to do immediately. It wasn't something that could wait or spend a ton of time and research on. We all know Pirelli Tires are AMAZING, but these exceeded my expectations. These make my ride SO nice and SO smooth. I travel back and forth from WI to PA and these make the ride feel like I'm floating the entire way. The response from my steering to the acceleration is immediate. The way these handle in the snow and ice is better than my snow rated SUV tires that I used to have. I love these so much and would purchase again, without hesitation.

These were the tires that were put on my car when I bought it used, a brand new set. Absolutely love them, they are great for cornering, spirited driving, and even work well in the awful Chicago winters (snow). I would buy them any day again. I've taken them on long trips and spirited trips around town, and they are fantastic tires.

...Dry traction is disappointing...
These tires came on my car from the manufacturer. The tires have lots or cracks in them already and the vehicle has spent 95% of it's time with me inside a garage. at only 12776 miles, the tread has worn down past a tire's usefulness. I have had this vehicle since November of 2018 and it's now March of 2021. Tires should not ROT and wear past their usefulness within two years/four months and 12500 miles. This car is driven by a 43year old man with a great credit score and an impeccable driving record. He is not making Tik Tok videos smoking up the Wal Mart parking lot doing doughnuts with these horrible tires. He isn't running highway speeds for long distances over 100+mph either.
Stay away! Any other tire is better than these. Dry traction is disappointing, Wet traction is disappointing, Snow/Ice traction is nonexistent. It all gets worse as time passes and the tires get used or just sit around and quicker than any other tire I have had on a vehicle.
The tires are very noisy and they do not offer an Ultra Performance type ride. If you read the warranty for the tire, its more of a hassle to try to even get them to take responsibility for such a horrible product. No one is going to put out effort to get $12.00 a tire back from a manufacturer. I will replace these in the next couple of weeks since it's not safe to drive in the rain with these tires.

These tires have provided very predictable dry traction/ acceleration grip...
These are the All Season OEM tires that come with the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. I daily drive and the tires have seen several 1/4mi drag strip runs, city driving, and highway driving on a daily driven 707HP / 650TQ vehicle.
Tread Wear - Tire life started at 7 miles with 10/32nds of tread. At 6,559 miles, the fronts measured 9/32nds and rears had 10/32nds. At 11,658 miles, the fronts had 7/32nds and rears had 8/32nds. At 25,366 miles, the fronts and rears are at 3/32nds. Tire rotations were based upon measurements taken from the tread depth at the time of maintenance.
Wet Traction - To note, the only time where I noticed any issues with wet traction was accelerating up a hill just after turning a corner. It was likely due to too much throttle input. The backend of the vehicle caused an oversteer condition and the traction control system kicked in while I also backed off of the accelerator. Wet traction throughout the life of the tires was very predictable.
Snow/Ice Traction - I drove these tires through 18+ deg F weather. With a thin layer of fresh ice on the road, traction was very predictable based upon steady and purposeful throttle inputs. What was normally a 20 minute drive to work took about 40 minutes when there was ice and less than an inch of snow on the roads. I would recommend only driving in snow/ice with these tires if it was necessary to travel; if not, wait for nicer weather.
Dry Traction - These tires have provided very predictable dry traction/acceleration grip.
Drag/Track - I've used these tires several times at the 1/4mi drag strip. They perform similar to other All Season tires that I've used at the drag strip; producing 60ft times between high 1.9 - 2.3 seconds. I've used the tires on the Circuit of Americas track and they've handled nicely, however, if you're going to to drag race, I'd recommend a dedicated set of rear drag tires. If track racing, a High Performance Summer would be recommended.
NVH - One word; quiet.

...comfort is excellent. we have huge potholes where I live due to a terrible winter ( 50 inches of snow ). I have trouble avoiding the potholes and now that the tires are almost down to the wear marks, I am adding air every 3 weeks...
original equipment. 13000 miles and the tires are almost dead. the tires are wonderful in rain and snow, even though they're almost dead. a little mushy in tight spirited turns. a wonderful all season tire but downright awful tread wear. unfortunately I have 20 inch rims and these are the only tires offered in my size for all season without going to separate winter and snows. comfort is excellent. we have huge potholes where I live due to a terrible winter ( 50 inches of snow ). I have trouble avoiding the potholes and now that the tires are almost down to the wear marks, I am adding air every 3 weeks. I like these tires a lot and put them on a Genesis as well, they handle well at 90 and wear is much better on the genesis due to less car weight.

...However, the fact that they were down to 3/32" in 18,000 miles is rather unbelievable... But that's really not a great miles/dollar value for tires that are rated all-season.
I loved just about everything about these tires, performance-wise. I understand why they were the stock tires from the factory. However, the fact that they were down to 3/32" in 18,000 miles is rather unbelievable. Again, even with the tread worn to this level, you really couldn't tell by driving - traction, grip, braking all seemed optimal. But that's really not a great miles/dollar value for tires that are rated all-season.

Great tire for our Mercedes. We switched from the original Continental tires because their tread wear wasn’t great and they were extremely prone to sidewall bubbles. The Pirelli’s are an upgrade.
