The Cinturato P7 tires are Pirelli's Ultra High Performance Summer tire developed for the drivers of sport coupes and sedans. The Cinturato P7's unique combination of qualities have been made possible by Pirelli's Green Performance approach to developing products offering a synergy of driving pleasure, performance, safety and respect of the environment. The Pirelli Ecoimpact icons on the sidewalls of Cinturato P7 tires highlight their contribution to the environment with regards to energy efficiency, clean air, low noise and long wear. Pirelli's warranty does not cover tires that develop compound cracking due to use in ambient temperatures below 45° Fahrenheit (7° Celsius), so the Cinturato P7 tires, like all summer tires, are not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

The Cinturato P7 uses a low rolling resistance tread compound that features technologically advanced polymers to increase grip on wet and dry roads while it reduces vehicle fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This compound is molded into an asymmetric tread design that promotes even wear, improves ride comfort and reduces noise levels. A robust shoulder and continuous ribs on the outboard portion of the tire enhance lateral grip on dry roads while four circumferential channels provide efficient expulsion of water from the contact patch to enhance hydroplaning resistance and wet traction. The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by nylon cap plies to provide high speed-durability.

Note: Cinturato P7 tires are designed and produced using eco-focused manufacturing methods and feature low rolling resistance (LRR) compounds and constructions to enhance the vehicle fuel economy of their Original Equipment applications. These tires are identified as such with Pirelli's Ecoimpact designation on their Sizes and Specs pages.

Great tire, have not had any problems. OEM w/ the sports package for the A4.

Great performance wet or dry, lives up to the claims for low rolling resistance. Driven in a couple torrential down-pours and not a hint of hydroplaning. Great grip on winding roads and on-off ramps. Wear has been excellent so far, hardly any measurable decrease in tread depth.

Noise has been fine with nothing noticable or irritating. Irregular groved pavement will cause the tire to track off slightly. Ride isn't overly stiff or jaring over bumps. Have been running at about 6-8 psi above factory specs and still does fine.

Grip does diminish a bit in the colder temperatures, but that is to be expected.

Swaping out this week for all-season tires in prep for winter.

Great tire for the $-predictable in rain with good traction. Drove the Tail of the Dragon in TN in light drizzle on these tires-very satisfied as the car never slipped once. Quiet on hwy. Reasonable breakaway on dry riads-Dry traction as expected, not as good as a dedicated Summer tire-but I bought these as the “Winter” tire for the occasional driving vacation down south. Fairly slippery on snow but this is a Mustang not intended for that-made it through the local neighborhood though and it can be navigated with some care. Very happy with these. So far not showing wear at 5K.

...Very quiet (especially on a car with not much sound insulation), noticeably softer construction for a smooth ride (as well as being noticeably lighter), and great traction in dry and wet conditions...

Purchased these to replace Michelin Supersports on my daily driver and am very happy with the results. Very quiet (especially on a car with not much sound insulation), noticeably softer construction for a smooth ride (as well as being noticeably lighter), and great traction in dry and wet conditions. I am a very spirited driver that enjoys taking empty backroads or twisty on-ramps quite hard and am an experienced racer/trackday goer that is very nerdy about my tire selections. Overall, for a daily driven street car, these are as good as you'll ever need and also make for a very comfortable cruiser on the highway. Compared to the Supersports, they do not provide as much cornering grip and seem to flex a bit more (more sips along the outer edges compared to a semi-slick design on the Supersports) which equates to a little less feedback and feeling when really pushing them hard. However, I'm not fighting 1/2 second times when I'm driving for fun and most drivers are not experienced or skilled enough to notice the differences under heavy cornering loads. For my driving they are still good enough to give me a smile and not leave me wanting more. Can't comment on tire wear so far but that has never concerned me much; the car isn't driven much and they usually dry-rot before needing replacing.

Overall I am happy that I traded a little performance for comfort, as well as a bit cheaper than other comparable choices. When you rarely drive 80%+ of the car's capability, especially on a daily driver where you're cruising most of the time, then a tire like this makes more sense.

...Handling has been a dream so far... Awesome ride, great cornering... and super responsive all the way through. I've found city driving to be really good too, very precise steering...

I was looking for a high performance tire to put on my Solstice and after lots of research I settled on these Pirellli P7 Y rated tires. One of the best tire decisions I've made! I was immediately struck by how amazingly quiet they are. My top was down on a warm spring day right after I had them installed and I was blown away by the fact that I could not hear the tires rolling at all, I had to listen hard for the whisper. Handling has been a dream so far, I've had them since spring and I put the car away mid-October. I did a long highway trip to British Columbia from the prairies and it was a beautiful drive through the mountains with these. Awesome ride, great cornering, excellent through any rain and super responsive all the way through. I've found city driving to be really good too, very precise steering. I rave about these tires to my friends and do not hesitate recommending them. I can't really speak to tread wear just yet but the tread looks pretty much the same after the first season of driving with equal city and highway miles (about 5,000 total).

...They are less prone to spin from a jump or aggressive cornering and lasted longer as a result. Very hard to break loose...

These are the best all around tire for my vehicle. I like them better then the michilen pss as they are a slightly softer compound 260 compared to 300. They are less prone to spin from a jump or aggressive cornering and lasted longer as a result. Very hard to break loose. The sidewalls are not as stiff which makes for a better ride but you loose a little in cornering stiffness as a result. First summer compound tire I will be purchasing again after over 4 years and 60,000 miles driven with the car. Noise is almost absent. And they perform from a jump or a roll with tenasions grip and corner very well. I truly love this tire.

I swapped out the OEM Bridgestone RFTs for Pirelli Cinturato P7s and am glad I did. Although they are not run flats, they are noticeably quieter and the ride is much smoother. If they last well I'll purchase another set.

...The tires are very quiet, which is very important given that road noise is about all I hear since the car is electric...

I have had these tires on my daily commuter car, a 2013 Nissan Leaf, for three years and just under 22,500 miles and love them. A Nissan Leaf is not a sports car, but being electric (meaning all of your torque is available from the moment you put your foot down on the accelerator) it does put some grind to the tires (even when on city streets and in traffic). These have held up very nicely. The tread wear is minimal giving the mileage. The tires are very quiet, which is very important given that road noise is about all I hear since the car is electric. They track well, give good grip starting and stopping, and do well in rain. I have only driven on them in very light snow and they did fine, but as a summer tire you wouldn't want to go out in real snow with them. Living in the Southeast means I don't have to worry about snow very often. Although not an "eco focused" tire, they seem to give slightly better range per charge than the OE tires that came with the car. Considering the price, these have been a great purchase. Since I put so few miles on every year, it will be a long time before I need new tires, but I would purchase these again.

...The P7's were instantly quieter and rolled over most road blemishes like they were not even there. I'm driving a little faster now, because of the handling is so superior and smooth.

Upgraded my OEM's with less than 20,000 miles on the OEM Bridgestones. The OEM's were horrible, noisy and you felt every seam or divot on the road. The P7's were instantly quieter and rolled over most road blemishes like they were not even there. I'm driving a little faster now, because of the handling is so superior and smooth. My mileage has improved when using the cruise control vs the OEM's. Very nice tires.

Sept 2018 bought the P7s and I have 47k on them. They measure about 5 or 6 with my gauge so that's pretty good wear. The old p7s went about 70K. I do 90% highway driving. They are starting to get noisy but I think all tires do after they wear. But new they are very quiet. Still i wish they were quiet until the bitter end.

They are still good for full speed in the rain on the highway even with 47K. Truly amazing tires. I think that's why people wreck in the rain. They have bad tires. Of course in dry they are phenomenal. PA hasn't gotten too much snow in the past year but I feel confident in a freshly fallen snow as long as you are going a reasonable speed. I regularly rotate them and check the pressure and that's important with any tire. Between these and conti extremes I get the one that's cheaper and im happy with both.

I bought these tires to replace the OEM Michelins. These tires have 40K and 6mm of tread left. I rotate my tires regularly every 5K and the wear has been even on all the tires. The ride quality is pretty good and the noise level is more than acceptable. I drive in Southern California so I drive the majority of the miles on dry highway roads. The tires handle and respond very well. I will definitely buy another set, when these tires wear out.
