What Are the Instructions for Returning a Tire?

Tire Return Instructions

Note: You must have a Return Authorization Number to process your return.

  1. Contact Tire Rack Customer Care @ 888-981-3953 for approval - once your return is authorized, you will receive notice via email.
  2. Once you receive notice for return:
    • Do not remove any banding - leave tires banded as received, when applicable.
    • Remove original shipping labels from the tires.
    • Place tires in original delivery location for UPS pick up.
    • UPS will make three attempts to pick up - please retain pick up receipt.

Once the tires are received, inspected, and determined to be good for stock, credit will be issued, minus any shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to be processed.

Note: Tires returned without prior authorization are subject to be disposed of with no credit issued.
