The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat is Pirelli's Grand Touring All-Season run-flat tire developed for sports coupes, sedans and small Crossover vehicles. Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat tires feature Pirelli Self-Supporting Run Flat Technology that enhances safety and convenience by providing temporary extended mobility in the event a puncture allows complete loss of air pressure. Pirelli Self-Supporting Run Flat Technology allows tires to literally "run flat" for up to 50 miles at 50 mph (80 km at 80 km/h) unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer for Original Equipment tires. The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat is designed to deliver all-season traction and handling for drivers who operate their vehicles in America's various weather conditions, including in light snow.

The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat's unique combination of qualities have been made possible by Pirelli's Green Performance approach to developing products offering a synergy of driving pleasure, performance, safety and respect of the environment. The Pirelli Ecoimpact icons on the sidewalls of Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat tires highlight their contribution to the environment with regards to energy efficiency, clean air, low noise and long wear.

The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat uses a low rolling resistance tread compound that features technologically advanced polymers to increase grip on wet and dry roads while it reduces vehicle fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This compound is molded into an asymmetric tread design that promotes even wear, improves ride comfort and reduces noise levels. A robust outboard shoulder enhances lateral grip on dry roads while four circumferential channels flow water from between the tire's contact patch and the road to enhance hydroplaning resistance and wet traction. Independent tread blocks and multiple sipes increase the biting edges needed to enhance traction in light snow. The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts to provide strength and durability on top of a polyester cord body. Pirelli's extended mobility solution is made possible by their MIRS computer-controlled robotized manufacturing system, a production process that assures consistency in the application of the additional sidewall reinforcements that provide the self-supporting run-flat capability.

Note: Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat tires are designed and produced using eco-focused manufacturing methods and feature low rolling resistance (LRR) compounds and constructions to enhance the vehicle fuel economy of their Original Equipment applications. These tires are identified as such with Pirelli's Ecoimpact designation on their Sizes and Specs pages.

Though they cannot be labeled as run-flat tires, tires branded with MOExtended or MOE on their sidewalls offer run-flat-like characteristics by delivering limited temporary extended mobility after a puncture results in complete loss of air pressure. Because MOExtended or MOE tires do not have the same speed and distance endurance of conventional run-flat tires, they should not be substituted in any situation where a conventional run-flat tire is required. To confirm what your vehicle needs, check our Original Equipment tire listing for your year, make and model or see your vehicle owner's manual.

Customers Say

Ratings highlight excellence in comfort with frequent 9-10 scores for a smooth, quiet ride, and strong treadwear ratings (7-10) that align well with grand touring expectations. Winter traction earns solid 7-8 scores for reliable all-season capability, though a few note mixed results on ice. Wet traction impresses with consistent 8-9 ratings for confident handling and hydroplaning resistance, while dry traction shines with near-perfect 9-10 scores for responsive steering and stability. Customers praise its balanced performance for year-round driving, emphasizing comfort and dry/wet prowess as standout traits. A handful of lower treadwear scores (3-6) suggest variability in longevity, but most report satisfaction with durability.

...I like the wet traction on these tires.

63000 miles on original set. Satisfied with the longevity of the tread but the ride is not ideal. Very loud when hitting any bumps. Torn between going to the Bridgestone DriveGuard as the price point is almost the same. I like the wet traction on these tires.

...Wet traction is good...

These tires are O.E.M. Had a year of good use. Dry traction is good. Wet traction is also good. Winter traction I feel is very good for an all season tire. I do attribute some the tire's performance in the snow to the all wheel drive on the car. In snow as deep as 8 inches, the tires provided impressive traction. I plan to run them through this coming winter as well.
My main issue with these tires is noise level and ride comfort. Obviously they are run flats, not known for being very compliant, but good grief is the ride jarring over expansion joints and the like. Plus, the road noise is louder then I expected. I would expect that a tire that costs this much would have performed better in the road noise and comfort departments, but I digress.
Over all, I like the tires. I have bought another set due to the close out pricing. I do hope that if and when Pirelli make a replacement for this tire that they improve the two areas I have mentioned.

...They're smooth, quiet (at least until just recently), and have good grip in most conditions...

After 34,000 miles, I'm just now putting on a new set of the same tire (Pirelli Cinturato P7 all-season runflat). They're smooth, quiet (at least until just recently), and have good grip in most conditions. The tires still have almost 1/4 inch of tread, but I'm replacing them early because of a rebate that expires soon, and one tire has a screw in it which is slowly leaking air. Also winter is coming, so might as well have new, safe tires.

Compared to the Bridgestones (runflat) that came on the car, and to Cooper tires (non runflat) on my Mini, these tires are the best: less expensive, longer tread life, wear evenly and remain quiet far longer.

...These tires could not have handled the roads any better. Just a really great feeling of control...

I live in Aurora, IL and have to drive to Des Moines once a month. I've had these OEM tires on my BMW X1 for a year and today there was an ice strom in Des Moines. These tires could not have handled the roads any better. Just a really great feeling of control. Ride is good, handling is good, grip is good, noise is good - bottom line, these are really good tires. My son's X3 needs a new set of tires becuase his Bridgestones are pre-maturely wearing out. My Pirelli Cinturato P7s look like new after 10K miles. Easy decision on what to buy next for his X3. One last thing, I saw a couple reviews that these tires are not quiet. Maybe my X1 is built so well I don't notice, but I think these tires are very quiet. Just my opinion.

Tires were OEM on car. Performed surprisingly well through the first New England winter, I was happy with traction in both small and large snowfalls. Performed well into the second winter, noticed a lost less traction and confidence while driving in inclamate weather. Now 30,000 miles and I am looking to replace the tire. Overall I have been satisfied with their performance.

Second set of these. The summer performance version was the OEM tire but we get lots of rain and occasional snow so when those wore out (at 18K) we switched to the AS variety. These are fine in the rain and light snow. We can't legally ride on these over the mountain passes so I don't know if they are OK in deeper snow; I'd guess not. We replaced the previous set after about 20K miles. Not great tread life but then their grip and handling are very good. I'd rather have the tires wear out than lose traction. The biggest problem is the cost. Otherwise no complaints.

They are very ample for a spirited driver to have the traction necessary to drive hard. I could corner thru a well paved 90 degree corner at 50 mph in my 2011 BMW 528i I also was impressed with the Sonsio Road Hazard Warranty that is free thru Tire Rack. I blew out more than 4 of them and was granted a replacement tire in 4 instances that I had not bought the tire thru a tire retailer independent of the Tire Rack I came to find out however that they do not cover replacement tires with a Road Hazard Warranty. Fair enough (LIMIT 1 REPLACEMENT PER ORIGINALLY INSURED TIRE). I had one of the replacements ordered thru the Tire Rack by an independent retailer and the Warranty did not pass on to me. After that I was careful to buy the replacement tire thru Tire Rack myself and bring it to the Tire Shop to have it mounted. I now have 4 of them that are wearing relatively slow since I quit hurrying around so fervishly. I recommend them highly, they deliver a comfortable compromise between road feel and a comfortable ride. I would buy them again, from Tire Rack for sure.

These are the default tires that come from factory on my Mini Cooper S, they are solid all-around and wear pretty good. I wish the tires where a tad more comfy but these are run flats so that sidewall rigidity is needed. The tires are dead quiet and I tackle some of the local corners quite hard with some speed, only time it encountered understeer was going ~30mph in a pretty tight roundabout. I did make the mistake of buying the all-seasons vs the summers (its florida, with how wet and hot it is you want to run summers year round) and compared to the summers they have slightly less grip but only a small amount. In most scenario's non-runflats are a better buy but cars such as the Mini Cooper simply do not come with a spare or even a space saver. I however will be swapping to non-runflats regardless and just carrying a mobile air compressor and sticky rope repair kit inside my vehicle.

This is my first complete set of run flats. After reading the reviews about switching from a non-run flat tire to run flat tire I was concerned. These Pirelli are amazing, they are quite, comfortable, and handle extremely well on dry and wet roads. They are a bit stiffer, but not so stiff to be uncomfortable or loud. I was surprised how excellent these tire perform. I will buy these again knowing my family is safe in the event of a puncture. I recommend for peace of mind and safely of all in the vehicle.

...The have a surprisingly comfortable ride for a Run Flat tire too.

These tires came on my BMW 328i GT xDrive. We just had a horrific winter here in Michigan and these tires were awesome. The snow was so deep the bottom of my car was dragging and my bumper was pushing the snow, and it still never felt like it was anywhere near loosing traction or spinning. The car never feels like its searching for traction. I can't say how the tread wear is going as I haven't measured the tire, but after 11,500 miles they still look like they have nearly as much tread as when they were new. I work at a BMW dealership, and the 3 series normally come with these or the Continental ContiProContact tires. These are 100% better in the snow and wet. The have a surprisingly comfortable ride for a Run Flat tire too.

...They wear fairly quickly, again to be expected with performance tires, with half tread remaining at 18,000 miles...

These are OEM tires on my BMW. Handling performance is outstanding, the car feels as though it's held in place with magnets. Ride is a bit hard, which is to be expected with low profile tires. They wear fairly quickly, again to be expected with performance tires, with about half tread remaining at 18,000 miles. Otherwise, good traction, good gas mileage and reasonably quiet ride.

What I didn't expect was having to replace two of them this soon. The first succumbed to a pothole at 7K miles, which blew out the sidewall and bent the rim. Not the tire's fault, though. The second picked up a stone in the center tread and went flat. I decided to test their run-flat feature, being rated for 50 miles at up to 50 mph flat. After just seven miles the inside sidewall was destroyed. I suppose that might be enough to keep from being stranded on an interstate, but if you run them flat expect to replace, not repair.

This set of pirellis came with the car when new. Treadwear life has been good. I noticed that the front wear differently than the back. This is likely due to the awd system. Stiff tire, stiff suspension equals stiff ride and the roads in this area are not the most smooth. Can't place all of the blame on the tires though.
