To receive up to a $90 Bridgestone Visa Prepaid Card, you must submit (i) an official claim form online and (ii) an original or legible copy of the invoice for the qualifying Bridgestone tires (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted for this portion of the offer).
Tire Rack will mail a copy of your invoice to your billing address within 1-2 weeks. An invoice will also be shipped with your order.
